    Boratella bowl

Everyone had the same idea we did and go get smoothie bowls at 9pm haha. But I know why.... They have amazing treats. The service is quick and smooth and the presentation is great for the bowls. So fresh and delicious. I should try something diff but if it's not broke don't fix it. Right?

acai bowl: coconut, kiwi, strawberry, pistachio, nutella
    Muriel D.

Ordered over doordash because I was having an acai craving. The bowl came fresh and all the fruit on top was good quality. The amount of nutella on top was a pleasant surprise. I was very happy with the quantity of the bowl as well for the price. The sandwich was a bit less impressive. The combination of the waffle and savory items were fine, though I expected the waffle to be a bit more sweet than it was. I did finish the whole thing and was overall happy with my purchase. I'll definitely go back for another bowl

Impressive offerings that are both healthy and not so healthy. I couldn't believe how many menu items Bora Bora offers. Everything from delicious drinks to smoothie bowls, crepes and so much more. I stopped in on a weekday afternoon and it was pretty busy. Several people were waiting for their food and I was also told to be patient with the kitchen. After spending a lot of time looking over the menu, which I suggest you do before visiting as there are so many options to choose from, I finally ordered. I got the Cosmic Jam drink, which has banana and fruit salad on top and consists of Mango and strawberry juice with vanilla ice cream and the mini crepe, which comes with Kinder chocolate sauce. Both hit the spot for my sweet loving self! The crepe was drenched in chocolate sauce and the drink was really good without being too sweet. The location is on a busy road but there is plenty of parking. The staff is also welcoming and helpful. I cannot wait to return as there are so many things I want to try!

    The sweet tooth

I kept hearing about this place on 518 Foodies, and I was dying to try it. I got the sweet tooth, it had a mix of slushies and vanilla ice cream, and some sour candies. It was delicious! My husband had a milkshake which was also good. They were pretty quick to serve us even though they were packed. I definitely want to try it again.

This new location is so much more than just a smoothie cafe! They have all kinds of treats, healthy and not so healthy. We decided to go with the signature drinks. A sweet mix of ingredients. The Berrylicious has Vanilla Ice cream, Strawberry juice and Raspberries. The Beirut, Assorted Fruits, Strawberry & Mango Juice, Lebanese cream w/ nuts. The Berrylicious was good while also being very sweet. The Beirut had some contrast with the pomegranate seeds, mango and kiwi adding some tangy flavor and the nuts adding crunch. Very good. We also got some mini pancakes. They were drenched in chocolate sauce and came in the cutest little box. I would ask for light sauce next time. They were still very tasty though. Friendly and clean I look forward to trying more.

Admittedly I'm a bit delayed in writing this review so some of what I tried was seasonal dependent as I got a hot apple cider for a drink. To eat, I got a crepe and side of sausage! Just a few short minutes later, the food was ready to go. Everything was really delicious. The sausage provided a perfect savory balance for the sweet crepe that I got. The restaurant was really spacious and had lots of natural light which provided a lovely ambiance. Despite growing up in upstate NY, getting to sit at Skinny Pancake felt like a nice, peaceful perspective I hadn't received before. The food being delicious was the cherry on top. I highly recommend!

It wasn't busy so we were able to go right in and be seated. The server gave us a warm greeting as we entered and asked if we had been there before. She explained the online ordering or that we could walk up to the counter and place our order. The brewed drip coffee is bottomless and self service. They offer lattes and and espresso drinks as well. We placed our order and the server delivered it to our table. We tried "The Vegan" which is a buckwheat batter crepe stuffed with seitan, vegan pesto, vegan cheese, spinach, roasted squash, and caramelized onions. We shared an order of crispy and perfectly seasoned homefries. I ordered a sweet crepe from the special menu which was a buckwheat crepe filled with a blueberry compote, semisweet chocolate morsels, and toasted coconut with candied pecans. It was so rich but so good. We loved the atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the numerous plant-based options and ability to convert several menu items into vegan dishes. We will definitely be back and since we have told so many friends about our experience, will will not be coming back alone!

We arrived right when they opened at 10 a.m. and were seated immediately, which was great. We initially considered sitting inside, but the smell of eggs was so overwhelming/nauseating that we opted for outdoor seating instead. The patio was charming and cozy. The service was friendly, attentive, and one of the highlights of our visit. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. We all ordered the brunch tower, which included a "fruit salad" that consisted of squishy grapes, sour Granny Smith apple chunks, and canned mandarin oranges. The fruit tasted low quality and unappetizing, and I only managed a few bites. I also ordered the bananas foster crepe, which was severely overcooked. The crepe was so tough that I needed a knife to cut through it, and the texture was far from what I would expect from a crepe. Overall, while the service was pleasant and seating was prompt, the food quality left a lot to be desired, especially considering the price point.

To order in person walk to the right and then turn left (a u-turn if you will) to get in line. Menus are posted on the walls to easily see as you wait in line. A variety of baked goods are available in a display case by the cashier. We ordered a raspberry lavender latte, a beverage from the cooler and two crepes. When we were walking away with our table number in hand I heard the cashier tell the barista I ordered a maple latte. I corrected her, I ordered the lavender. I received a Mocha. How did a raspberry lavender become chocolate? No idea how that went so wrong. A metal stand is on each table. Insert your table number and place it where staff can see. The indoor dining area has high ceilings, a big window wall at one end and is quite loud with sound bouncing off all the hard surfaces. Tables are set up from couples to a group configurations. In the back corner are two love seats and a coffee table. My egg and cheese crepe was extremely filling. Lots and lots of cheese in there. It kept me full all day in a 'I need a nap' kind of way. The cheese was the primary flavor in this dish. My dining companion had a stomach issue after eating a spicy reuben. It wasn't actually spicy at all so not sure what caused the stomach upset. The concept is fun. Put a sandwich into a crepe. The crepe doesn't add flavor to the dish and it's a knife and fork meal vs. a handheld. Add in both of our less than optimal reactions to the dish and wrong coffee delivery and we personally won't add this to our 'try again' list. They do have plenty of other items to try, and I do appreciate local businesses so I'm not saying it won't work for you. This was just my experience. Free on street parking. Restrooms down the hall near the back door where you'll also find a water fountain.

Angie was our outstanding server, greeting us with a big friendly hello when we walked in and then kicking ass all night. We enjoyed a nice variety of craft beers, Korean wings (awesome), edamame, and a variety of entrees from Bimimbap to orange chicken salad to Korean quesadillas... everything was great! Nice flavor and presentation. And the band... WOW! Masons grandchildren... so good!! Mostly Dead covers... very talented musicians. Such a great unexpected night at Kraverie! Thank you!

My hubs and I had never been to Kraverie before and were happy to try a new place. I am glad that we did because we made up about 75% of the patrons on a Thursday night, which made the bar's owner quite happy. I checked out the menu before we went. OK, typical bar food but with an emphasis on kimchi (I'm not a fan). They serve chicken wings "nice or naughty (spicy)" and they were good. The dumplings (we call them potstickers) were typical, also fine. My hubs liked his taco (street-size). I ordered their Steak Salad. A disgrace. Bagged lettuce accompanied by two small slices of cucumber. The 'steak' was 1/4" size square pieces of dried out meat whose texture was like shoe leather. It was very hard to find the 'steak' in the salad which is why I didn't bother photographing it. I am being kind here. It was awful. The tables are so close together that I felt the back of the person at the table in front of me (we were back-to-back) touching me the entire time. My spouse was challenged eating his food because his chair didn't fit at the table because of the person behind him. WTF. They had one server for the entire room which included perhaps 10 tables plus the bar. This was clearly insufficient and service suffered (we don't blame her). We went to support our musician friend. We probably won't be going back.

We walked into a café where the relaxed atmosphere makes it a nice place to stop for breakfast or a quick break, the kind of space where the environment is just as much part of the experience as the food. The interior has a fresh, airy energy with plenty of natural light and seating that encourages lingering, though finding a spot can take some patience during busier hours. The smoothie bowls were the main highlight. The texture was thick and well blended, and the fruit combinations worked well together without feeling overly heavy. We tried a few options and found the bowls balanced, with the toppings adding texture and flavor without overwhelming the base. The avocado toast was also a solid option, especially with the toppings adding more flavor instead of making it feel too basic, and the bread held up well against the spread. The drinks are another reason to visit, with smoothies and matcha options fitting the overall concept, and the coffee menu gives a good alternative for anyone who wants something less fruit-focused. The café also has some creative drink choices, which makes it feel more like a full café experience rather than just a smoothie shop. The biggest thing to keep in mind is the wait time. The food is made fresh, so orders can take longer than expected during busy periods, and allowing extra time is worth considering if you are visiting during peak hours. Service is friendly and the staff handle the flow efficiently, but the pace of the kitchen can slow down when the café fills up. Seating is also limited, so the experience works best when you are not in a hurry. Loop is a good option if you are looking for a café with healthier food choices and a nice atmosphere. The smoothie bowls and drinks are the main reason to visit, and the bright, welcoming space makes it easy to spend some time there. It is not the fastest stop, but the quality and overall experience make it worth checking out.
