The smoothie I ordered wasn't made from real fruit. Instead they used some type of fruit juice or concentrate. It wasn't bad but for a place called Fruit Revolution you would think they would use real fruit in all of their smoothies. Fruit Revolution serves other fruit and vegetable items, such as defense drinks, sandwiches, salads, and crepes. I would definitely go back and try some of their other menu items. It can get a little crowded and the wait can be a little long because of the fact that everything is made right in front of you. read more

This is one of those hole in the wall places that end up being secretly the best. They make everything fresh and they don't make it until you order it. Their gourmet sandwiches are better than any sandwich shop I've ever been to (in my opinion). Their crêpes are the absolute best. I have never had a crêpe so good even while I was in France. Their bionicos (fruit parfaits) are a must try. If you have ever wondered about them, it's just like you imagined them to taste, perhaps better. Lastly, their smoothies taste like they are homemade. Was there a few minutes ago. I called in an order to save time, and then arrived 15 minutes later to pick up. The lady decided to finish EVERYONE else's order in line before being able to pick up my order, which was another 20 minutes and so long that a couple of people left because they couldn't stand the wait. First time going to this location and last..thinking it would be the same like the one in Walnut. No freaken way!! The veggies were in the sink where they wash the dishes and flies on them. I ordered a Berry salad and while she was touching everything else she started to make my chicken and flies landed on them. I had to tell her hey the flies are on the chicken. She blamed it on the on AC issue.. Btw they don't have AC. Not a clean place!! I will continue to go to Walnut location especially on Mondays. This place is HORRIBLE. The workers seemed to be having a bad day. I understand everyone has bad days. It's not the customers fault. Don't be rude to the customer especially if they are being nice to you in return. It was bad all over. Customer service sucked and so did the food. It was sooo bad, we asked for our money back. The chemicals used to clean the place was extremely strong and even gave my friends a bad headache. We smelled the chemicals from our car. my friend told me about Fruit Revolution and ive been meaning to check it out for a while and finally went this weekend. it is located on the busy street of beverly blvd with what looks like only street parking. im not sure if there is any where else to park. its a very small place, with a few chairs in front and two small tables inside with a small bar area to sit. towards the back is the kitchen/food prep area which you can see inside. they have a large menu on the back wall. its kind of overwhelming with how many choices they have. i was surprised. they have smoothies, fruit chillers, fruit shakes, juices, "defense juices", ice coffees, snow cones, bionicos (fruit parfait), escamocha (fruit cocktails), crepes, sandwiches and salads. it was kinda warm inside like the lady had been cooking crepes all day. she gave us a few minutes to look over the menu and took our order. we ordered a small bionico (which my friend has suggested to get). it was our first time to try bionico and good thing there were descriptions on the menu. it came with sliced apples, cantaloupe, pineapples, papaya, banana, strawberries and grapes (although i dont think we got any grapes). it comes with their "special sweet creme" with granola, shredded coconut and raisins on top. you could also choose to get it with cottage cheese and honey or yogurt and honey instead of the sweet cream. we decided to go OG and go with their sweet cream. it was a slightly sweet and sticky cream, with a dairy base that made me wish i had taken lactaid before we arrived. haha nah but it was refreshing. fresh fruit and not heavy at all. i would like to try their fruit chillers next time. read more
