The good: I got a strawberry smoothie and Viet coffee. My kids had a great time here. The ball pit is huge and fun. The trampoline was a good size. The see-thru slide was aesthetically pleasing. The climbings areas are large enough for parents to come in to supervise little ones. There were lots of different ride-on cars and vehicles. There were pretend play kitchen areas. They sold mini pancakes that looked fun. The bad: I tried to order 3 specialty drinks but they didn't have all 3. The strawberry smoothie was quite sweet. There are areas of the playground that are a bit run down or could use some revamping. There was often a wait for the bathroom. The ground was slippery in some areas. I wish they sold savory foods as well. The interesting: They were having an event that day with pop-up vendors that sold craft goods like drawings and knitted clothes. They also had a popup taco caterer outside.

My kid loves this place

Small indoor playground for the little ones. They also offer tea and other beverages. Helpful staff and clean facilities. Reasonable prices. It's not the biggest playground area but just enough to make your child happy. My kids loved it. Only con is some of their equipment is faded and ripped. Other than that it's worth visiting.

I want to start off by saying this is a great place Specifically for a kids birthday party. I live farther from this place but was here for an evening birthday party and it was so great for the kids! If I lived closer I would not come here regularly unless again it was to host a birthday party. It's one good sized space with a couple slides, a ball pit, a trampoline, some foam areas for younger ones, and several wheel toys that are usually outdoor backyard stuff but it's nice to use indoors! If you have a kid under 2 or very close to 2 they might be a little overwhelmed and the price for them to be here might not be super worth it. Definitely know your child though and if they are truly ready at 2 to play independently without constant supervision from you as the parent. I have a child close to 18 months and a child that's almost 4, my older child loved this place and if this wasn't a birthday party I wouldn't have brought my younger child as there wasn't much for him to do alone, he liked standing next to the ball pit most of the time. Another reason for why birthday parties: there's plenty of sitting space for parents to eat/talk while the kids play. And the kids can come easily to eat before going back to play. From what I gathered on the pricing for having a party here it was pretty worth it, we had around 40 people and there was enough space.

Celebrated my son's second birthday on Sunday he loved it! The perfect place to throw a kid's birthday party. I also wanted to thank Carmen for her excellent service. She was helpful very attentive at every moment very friendly her service was 10/10 Thank you Carmen and little dimples

It was 1982, I was five, and I vaguely believed that my cousin was a princess because her wedding dress resembled Princess Di's in my mind. The ceremony itself was in the (then new) Holy Cross Cathedral, which shares its parking lot with Bagramian Hall (the cathedral is also a prominent location in the movie Sideways). And then afterward, we walked up the cool weird gradual steps to this brand-new and gigantic hall. It was bigger and fancier than anything I had ever seen. That was the first of at least ten weddings I would attend here before I turned forty, and later, it hosted the memorial luncheons for various friends and family members, including those for my aunt, grandmother, and great aunt. It's also the first place I ever attended a wedding (another older cousin's) with more than 500 guests. I have so many fond memories of helping sweep up the shabash (money) that guests throw when people are dancing, and since I first came here as a five-year-old and never stopped returning, I grew up in a sense as an Armenian party-goer here. They did major renovations to the interior in the early 2010s, so it doesn't look as dated as it did even by the late '80s. I do miss some of the ridiculously tacky furnishings inside, especially the huge blocky railings and steps and the strange decorations behind what was originally where the head table was, before they moved it down by the dance floor, before they moved it back to its original location. Some of the renovations themselves are starting to look early-2000s dated as well, but it still looks nicer than it did when it first opened. The south wall used to be dominated by floor-to-ceiling windows with French doors. There were huge ugly curtains covering it most of the time, because of the sun, but it was really neat because you could walk out directly from the hall itself outside to a kind of concrete porch that had its own set of gradual long steps down to the cathedral. When they renovated the hall, they replaced the glass with a normal wall. It makes the hall look darker (during the day) and smaller, although it's the same size. As kids, we loved those doors, because people used to go outside to get a breath of fresh air or to smoke--although smoking was originally allowed inside the hall until the laws changed in the 1990s--and we kids would exit through those doors (if they weren't locked, which they often were) and reenter through the lobby, or vice versa. When I come here now, everything looks smaller, from the parking lot to the restrooms to the dance floor to the interior of the hall itself. Growing up has a way of changing a person's perspective, but there's still a little bit of wonder I have when I come here. I can remember generally where I sat at a bunch of different people's weddings, and there are a dozen stories I want to tell but won't. Although every event I've attended here has had some relationship to the affiliated cathedral and/or the Armenian community, I know that the hall also hosts New Year's Eve, birthday parties, bingo nights, banquets, and fundraisers. It's a very large space, and although it's modular in the sense that they can set up as few tables as you need and it can still look nice, it's probably not worth it unless you're expecting hundreds of guests. There's also a much smaller banquet room in the same building with its own separate entrance from the parking lot. It used to be called Toumajian Hall, but when I was here a couple weeks ago, the sign read TOUMAJIAN YOUTH CENTER, so I'm not sure whether it's still rentable outside of church-related events. I've been to hokujashes and birthday parties there; the two halls are connected physically through the kitchen, which both spaces share.

They require a licensed caterer and bar personnel and will provide some of their previous caterers if you ask. The contract for the venue does say no children, but if you talk to the person in charge beforehand this is not an issue (the contract states this). We had multiple children at our wedding and there were no issues at all. Overall working with Bagramian Hall was easy, very clear, and everything was well taken care of. If there are no events the day before your event, you can even start setup early. Sidenote: It's true, weddings only!

We received many compliments from our guests about the venue and the overall experience. Unfortunately, our experience with the owner was very different. While he fulfilled everything outlined in our contract, his interactions during setup made the process much more stressful than it needed to be. Our set up and rehearsal felt uncomfortable after being spoken to sharply, including being reprimanded for leaning on a table. When I politely asked if we could add one additional table (at a cost, if at all possible)), I was also met with a raised voice. It was a simple question. I wasn't demanding or accusatory, but he became extremely defensive. Throughout setup, it felt as though we were being closely monitored rather than supported. To be fair, the venue honored every part of our agreement, and I appreciate that. However, hospitality is about more than fulfilling a contract. On such an important day, I hoped for a little flexibility, warmth, and kindness. Because of that experience, I personally would have a hard time recommending the venue, despite the beautiful facility and wonderful staff.

This review is way overdue. Life got ahead of me. I'm sorry, Emil and Lisa!…read more I had my daughter's quinceañera at El Palacio Hall on March 14, 2026. We hosted 175 guests. When we first started looking for venues, we had a few specific things in mind, and flexibility was one of them. On our first visit in March 2025, we met with Emil, the venue owner. He was very welcoming, friendly, family-oriented, and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and was very transparent from day one. He never pressured us or made us feel obligated to choose everything the hall offered. All selections and packages were based on our budget and what we wanted to spend. When I walked into the venue, I was immediately attracted to the décor, high ceilings, and bar area. Everything was very clean, the white draping made the space feel even more open, and the floor plan was perfect. I knew I wouldn't have to do much. I did hire an outside vendor to help with the themed décor, but almost everything else, including the plating, was purchased through the venue. As the quinceañera date approached, we met the venue manager, Lisa. She became our go-to person for anything we needed. She was very attentive and made sure the event was a success and that everything looked beautiful on the big day. The day of the event, everything went very smoothly. We had a venue host who worked hand in hand with Lisa. I forgot his name, but he was very kind and helpful. I had many family members say, "This place is beautiful! I never knew this was here." No one had any issues with parking. The restrooms were well maintained throughout the event, the food was ready on time (we had the fajitas, beans, and rice which was very tasty), the serving staff was very efficient, and the air conditioning was blasting and felt great (the temperature that day was around 78-80 degrees). Every area of the venue was operating seamlessly. All-in-all I am very grateful to all the staff at El Palacio Hall because they helped make my daughter's quinceañera a success. I would definitely have another event there again.

My best friend even had trouble she was walking with a walker. I don't think I will attend ever again unless there are some HUGE changes They need a few BIG changes when making a huge event like this they need to consider the Elderly & Disabled people like myself and follow ADA LAWS. Please make the line to show your tickets upfront not way in the back of the event. i almost fell off my wheelchair getting off the curb because there wasn't a ramp thankfully my best friend and 2 other people helped me. Also a few of the security guards and officers didn't even know where the main line was. Also the event needs to let the Elderly and Disabled go into a regular restroom some of us can't do outside porterpotties like the ones you had and in fact you didn't even have a disabled porterpotty with a ramp like other carshows have had. The one's you had didnt even fit wheelchairs and yet they still didn't let us use the restroom and that is a LAW SUIT because some of us like myself need to do personal treatments that can cost us our lives. I had to wait until I got home to do my treatment. Their was no water, soap or paper towels to last throughout the day there was no attendant keeping a eye on this and there was alot of people complaining. And last but not lease please make a ADA sitting section for the elderly and Disabled some of us can't be in the hot sun for too long because we take medications that will interact with our meds. Some of us can have heat stroke like myself Also if they can't not accommodate to us they need to have people hanging out waters I went up to a few sercurity guards and they told me they only had umbrella sitting for the performers SHAME ON YOU I was disappointed in the whole event but the performers were GOOD.
