Grange just opened the last week of June for sweet cherry u-pick. I went at 9 am on a Friday when they opened and picked almost 4 pounds in 30 minutes. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They'll give you however many buckets you want (each bucket holds about 5 pounds) and direct you to the picking area. I had fun trying each of the three varieties they had available: cavalier, black pearl, and white gold. They post on social media when each variety is ready to pick. Sour cherries usually come a bit later in July, but I prefer having lots of sweet cherries to eat. As of June 2025, U-pick cherries are $2.90 per pound. You can also buy pre-picked cherries, as well as other items at their farm stand. They take cash and credit cards. The parking area is a bit small, but I've always just gotten there early so I'm not sure if they have an overflow parking area anywhere. I'm looking forward to hopefully coming for blueberry season next!

And it was fine! Better than fine because the blueberries were so good! I had no complaints. But now they've leveled up. Now it's not just good blueberries but good ambiance as well! They've converted another smaller building next to it as a storefront and it's chock full of blueberry based goodies like jams, jellies, baked goods, dips, mustards, beverages, etc. Way more to choose from! They also sell ice cream and added a play structure to help entertain the kiddos that get a little bored of picking (smart). The day of our visit it was around 100 degrees and humid so I was not up for picking myself. Instead I arrived ready to buy a box of pre-picked fruit in bulk like I had in the past. I walked into the cute new storefront, scanned the shelves, and panicked. There were no boxed berries to be seen! Was this no longer a thing?? U-pick only?? Why God why!? No need to panic, the really lovely woman at the counter explained to me. They just ran out because nobody wanted to pick in the heat (fair) and they had another load of blewbs (just processed and boxed) enroute and arriving at any moment, she just wasn't sure when exactly. Our time in town was limited so we decided we'd come back instead of waiting. She assured me there would be plenty available. And she was right! A couple of hours later we came back to find the coolers absolutely stocked full of 5lb boxes. I was fielding requests from the family back home to bring them some so in the end I bought 20 pounds worth. I also added a blueberry lemon coffee cake for good measure. Great visit! Wonderful changes! Lovely personnelle! And most importantly, the blueberries are still amazing. Next time I just hope it's cooler so I can get an ice cream cone that wasn't going to liquify the moment I stepped outside.

My one complaint: They seem to do a move I've seen other blueberry farms do, where they round up…read moreyour harvest. If you have 5.2 pounds, they charge you for 6. Just keep that in mind. Everyone was pleasant (but not fake) and helpful. They provide buckets, straps to tie your bucket to you so you can have both hands free, some small shaded canopy areas, and bags to take your berries home in. They assign you a row to pick from. The rows are flat and grassy (see pictures), which is great if you have kids with you, or a stroller, or just want an easier time than most farms provide with rough dirt paths. They explicitly encourage you to eat as you pick. If they have to spray, they use organic stuff. The berries are...berries. All the ones we tasted were good. As of July 2026, this place is charging 3 bucks a pound, and accepts credit card or cash. Given all this small farm does to treat people well and provide an excellent picking experience, I'm not sure I'd ever bother going anywhere else.

I found…read moreHeritage Blueberries and looked up their information on Facebook, where they post regular updates on picking times. July 15 was their first day open so I went right around 8:30am. The farm is right by the owner's house. Turn into their driveway and follow the (small) sign beside the house to get to the parking area behind the house. They provide buckets to collect berries in, straps if you want to strap the bucket to yourself, water bottles and a porta-potty. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, they showed me where to pick and told me how to mark the row for the next person. I picked 6 pounds in about an hour and it's only $2 a pound! They provide bags (I think just plastic grocery bags) to take berries home in, or you can bring your own containers to transport them home. The only suggestion I have is to make larger signs directing where to go for parking; I drove by twice not knowing to drive up the driveway to the back. I will definitely be back next year for more blueberries!

This was our first time here - but it will NOT be our last. I loved everything from the moment we set foot on the property. It is genuinely rustic, not artificially so. Everyone we encountered that works here was friendly and seemed to like their jobs! We didn't know before we got here but it is Blueberry Festival this weekend and there were blueberry themed drinks and food. They had free samples of blueberry soda, blueberry lemonade, blueberry jam and blueberry buckle and fresh blueberries! We tied all of it and it was all delicious! The lemonade was one of my favorites. We wandered the store for a bit and I think I'll end up taking one of everything I saw. I think I said "oh! I want that!" to AT LEAST 15 things. We had the 2 blueberry special drinks - blueberry lemonade mimosa and the blueberry frosé, we really enjoyed both. To eat we shared the BTB - which was another blueberry special. Brie, turkey and fresh blueberries on sourdough. I really liked it! I wish the blueberries had either been jam or some other sort of spread/compote instead of the whole blueberries. They kept rolling out of the sandwich haha. But the flavor combination was wonderful. The turkey and the sourdough were both grilled, which I made me real happy. Oh! The sandwich came with kettle chips that were the best kettle chips I've ever had - Which reminds me I was going to grab a bag to go and I totally forgot! We also had the Farmer's Daughter pizza which was awesome. Crispy crust on the bottom, but fluffy and light on top. Just the right amount of sauce and the toppings were great. We had the Oreo shake as well, also tasty! It melted quick! It was a pretty toasty day without much breeze. We ordered some donuts and a cinnamon roll to go, I'll have to review those later when we eat them - I'm too full right now! They have a pickle fest coming up next weekend and I want to go back! There was no cost to enter on weekdays, making it a more accessible and fun activity. There is a large area with food, drinks, doughnuts, and other food and accessories. There were all sorts of options for people of any age and palate. I didn't end up picking any fruit but we did get to visit the animals and walk around. I had no idea that they had a variety of animals like cows, goats, and more. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly and there was a lot of available parking. I definitely think this is a fun place to bring a family or go on a date.

A must, a must a MUST! The blueberries were fresh, delicious, and plentiful! The owners were awesome, friendly and a riot to talk too! We must have talked with the owner for 20 minutes before we even went into the field on our own to pick. We learned that him and his wife (Im soooo sorry I don't remember your names!! ) just recently, within the past few months! purchased this farm and moved here from Ann Arbor, with their 5 kids! They have never farmed before and really knew nothing, they were just going with it! His passion and enthusiasm for the farm got my whole family even more excited to get out there and pick! After our initial conversation he left us with the "the rules"..... Rule #1: eat as many blueberries as you can!! Rule #2: have FUN! That's it's! We spent a beautiful summer afternoon eating and picking blueberries until we wanted to burst! We picked so many that I had to freeze some in my Tavel trailer because I didn't have enough fridge space! In fact- I still have some of those blueberries in my freezer currently, and they are equally as delicious today as they were the hour I picked them! It started to sprinkle rain as we pulled up to park, but that clearly didn't stop people from picking strawberries as we saw a family walk away with baskets and baskets of strawberries. The girl at the U Pick Stand was the sweetest walking us through the different types of baskets to choose from, the cost, and the process before we were set free to pick our berries! There were SO many strawberry fields and so many good juicy strawberries to choose from! My toddler, my husband, and I had a blast even in the rain! My only regret was not picking more because when I finally ate one - it was quite frankly one of the best strawberries I've ever had. On our way back to the car, we noticed the blueberry farm. They looked like they were almost ready for blueberry u-pick season and sure enough, a week later they were open! I wanted to see what they had in their little market, so we pulled up front and I saw they had strawberry donuts for sale! I grabbed half a dozen and both my husband and I devoured one as soon as I got back in the car. The next few days, I air fried them to reheat them and they were EVEN BETTER. So fluffy, airy, and full of strawberries! We can't wait to come back in the future.

My friend was in town so we decided to take the kids for a day trip here! We purchased the…read moredrivethru and hands on combo ticket. The kids had an absolute blast. You definitely need to go to both. At the hands on park there were baby goats roaming, little pigs roaming, you can get up close and personal with llamas, and so much more. My kids especially loved holding the little bunnies! You can't pick them up yourself but an employee will place them on your lap for you. I highly recommend buying the stuff to feed the animals. You can get pellets, carrots, apples, and little sticks with birdseed on them for the bird enclosure. Watch for signs because some animals can't have the pellets and some can't have anything at all. There are also a bunch of play structures for the kids to play! Twice a day they have bottle feedings and you can call ahead to book or book when you get there! You can't have outside food and the website says they sell food but it's just snacks, ice cream, and other similar treats. We did not know and hadn't eaten so we were so hungry! My son wanted to eat the carrots for the animals The drivethru was also great. You have to have the windows rolled up and the door locked while you drive through the Bear portion. There was a Bear that did a somersault right in front of the car! It was so cute! You can buy a bucket of pellets to feed most of the animals in the drive-thru too! Be careful though! There was a camel that ripped the bucket right from my hand! He was too strong for me If you have leftover pellets from the walk-through portion, ask the person at the gate of the drivethru for an empty bucket and you can dump them inside to feed the drivethru animals!
