I don't care that with a tip my yogurt honeydew drink is 12 dollars. It's a luxury... and I don't want to see this location go out if business like all the other ones in town. I always get good service when I go here. The kids that are always swamped when I get in line and they move fast. Hardly any one tips them and they do a good job. I do prefer the locally owned drink place on Old Seward, but when I'm downtown, it's very hard for me to resist this favorite- it's worth the trip up to the 4th floor!

Both drinks we got were so tasty! Non-dairy and used lots of fresh fruit. Staff was friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our order. Will definitely stop by again :)

Always been a fan of smoothies. This place I'd rate as a 3.5 star. Pretty typical smoothie shack, with a decent flavor selections. There usually is a line and the employees seem to be able to crank out smoothies pretty quick, so the wait time (at least for me) has never been more than a couple of minutes after placing order. What pushes it over for me is the Sour Green Apple + Boba flava combination. A fantastic way to increase my C12H22O11 consumption when the mood strikes :-)

Yeah, I know: a review of a smoothie stand? But what can I say? This place makes THE best store-bought smoothies in the city. My favorite is the Runner's Shot with extra blueberries.

Not too sweet and very refreshing, I would recommend the ginseng power (pineapple blueberry banana) or the island style (mango pineapple banana).

They've got a solid variety of Alaska brews on tap, way more than your average spot, so it's easy to try something new or stick with a favorite. Food is decent across the board, nothing overly fancy, but it hits the spot and pairs well with the beer. Think reliable bar food done right. Just make sure you dodge all the homeless when walking around downtown.

We started eating within 2-3 minutes of walking out the door, but it was practically inedible. The fish and fries were incredibly laden with oil; just heavy, greasy, and completely unseasoned. Ratio of breading to fish was 50/50, so you get a little gipped on the actual fish. Everything desperately needed salt at minimum. To make matters worse, they send it with their berry tartar sauce, which is an absolute crime in all 50 states. We specifically requested regular tartar sauce and were given plain mayonnaise instead. None of our other requested condiments, like ketchup, were supplied either. Service for the limited time I interacted with her, was average. She was easy going, but not particularly warm or engaging. While the portions were fine, $35 for a meal that we tossed out after 2-3 bites is incredibly frustrating. I hate wasting money and fresh seafood, but it was just that bad.
