The staff has changed, and while I'm sure everyone has busy days, a few employees come across as uninterested and unfriendly. Customer service used to be one of the reasons I loved coming here. I especially remember the gentleman who made the juices--he was always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely made customers feel good. The team at the front counter used to be just as warm and friendly, and that positive energy made the experience special. Lately, I get a very different feeling when I walk in. I usually order a salad or soup along with a smoothie, but the food display has also become disappointing. The salads often look like they've been sitting for days and don't appear fresh or appetizing. I've also noticed that one of the refrigerated display cases has been closed, which unfortunately makes the store feel empty and gives the impression that the location is struggling. I'm sharing this because I truly care about Kreation and want to see this location thrive again. It was one of my favorite places to visit, and I hope management takes a look at the customer experience, freshness of the food, and overall atmosphere. They are more pricey, but they never miss. I tried this place out because Rio doesn't open until eight and I needed to leave home at 7 AM. I really don't understand how nothing had flavor.

I've worked as a restaurant manager myself, so I know how these policies typically work, and this felt more personal than an actual requirement. This was an inconsistent and needlessly rigid application of one, especially for a request as small as a sprinkle of cinnamon that had been accommodated before. I'd expect a manager, of all people, to go above and beyond for a longtime customer, not make a small request feel like a confrontation. As someone who tips and comes back often, I'd appreciate some clarity from management on what the actual policy is, and a little more flexibility for something like adding cinnamon to my bowl.
