This place got some awesome drinks! It was cold yesterday, so I ordered hot mocha bubble tea. It was everything what I expected, if this place offered a half gallon size for the drinks, I would definitely get that mocha drink in that size! Yogurt is great, esp. taro, although sometimes some of their weekly flavors are "miss" rather than "hit." But they could do a better job with toppings. They create all those great and healthy yogurts with protein boost, vegan etc., and then you head to choose your toppings, and the selection of fresh fruit is so limited. Went here for bubble tea with some friends. It was a pretty good experience! It was nice but the tables were a bit small and really tall in length, which makes it a bit unfriendly to shorter individuals and children. The bubble tea was amazing though! We didn't get to try any of the frozen yogurt because it was a bit cold out and we weren't in the mood for a cool snack. The place is very nice and filled with color, but it seems like a very seasonal place (cool beverages and snacks in cold weather don't mix well). read more

For frozen yogurt, Fruity Yogurt is good. They offer a wide variety of toppings, the service is generally friendly, and the lighting is good. It is tough for a place to really distinguish itself in a field like frozen yogurt though. While the quality of the yogurt at Fruity Yogurt is not much different than any other place in the area, it's location makes it convenient and the product is reliable, so it is a good place to go on a hot day. read more

I'm walking down Princeton And I come across this new Yogurt place and I'm like, yeah we got lots of those and I walk by. When I went back to my car, I almost whiplashed I saw bubble tea signs! It was like a blessing I cat tell you guys how much I love my bubble tea! Well anyways the tea was not bad (I had a green tea with extraboba ) and trust me you will have to get extra bobs when I tell. The cups are huge and the baba nearly comes to an 8th of the cup. So the lady there was kind enough to add extra boba at top which was kinda of a different experience if you think about. As you already have boba at the start of the sip and at the end! The best bubble tea/fruit tea I've ever had! I live 45 minutes away and I still make the drive weekly (sometimes more, sometimes less). The tapioca pearls are cooked perfectly, and they give you a really generous amount! I don't usually get the frozen yogurt, but I've tried almost every bubble tea/fruit tea flavor and I haven't had one that I don't like. Some of my personal favorites are the melon, milk, thai, red bean, black sesame, matcha, and taro bubble teas, as well as the lavender, peach, lychee, rose, green apple, and hibiscus fruit teas! They also let you add any sort of jellies, popping bobas, or egg custard to your tea which is really nice. A great place overall! read more

I had my first bubble tea here about a year and a half ago. It was flavorful, and the service was quick! This was actually the place that got me hooked on to bubble tea, and now I'm always scrambling to find a place near me to satisfy my craving. Now I've found many other places, but none quite like this one. The employees were extremely kind, and I'm sure most of them were college and high school students. The area around here is absolutely beautiful- the Princeton campus. Overall, I highly recommend this place! Cheerful decor, very clean. I tried the tart yogurt. The flavor could use more creaminess and less tartness, but it was still decent. The toppings are well presented with a wide variety. They include items which are often put on Taiwanese shaved ice, such as condensed milk, red beans and jelly cubes, but you can use them for the yougurt too. My favorite is the "pop bobba." They are orange pearls which pop in your mouth, realeasing an intense passionfruit flavor. In addition, they have a large assortment of typical yogurt toppings from fresh fruits to more decandent things like cookie dough and candies. They do offer shaved ice, which I look forward to trying when the weather is warmer. As for the bubble teas they serve, I've only sampled hot black milk tea. Both times it was served only lukewarm. It needs to be HOT. My Holy Grail of bubble teas will always be Ten Ren on Mott Street in New York. Unfair though it may be, every other bubble tea I try will be compared to this standard. That said, Fruity Yogurt should work a bit on their tapioca pearls, which don't have enough sweetness. There should be a stronger tea flavor too. When I was there last they still are not taking credit cards, but they plan to soon. There's a cash machine in the CVS next door. read more

I've only visited Fruity Yogurt less than a handful of times, but let me say, I'm impressed! Maybe it was the flavor that I tried (Taro) that made me fall in love with their Boba Tea? I'm not one for milk tea, and I never thought that opinion would change. But Fruity Yogurt's Taro is a MUST TRY. I do have to say though, I couldn't finish it. But that is just because all milk teas seem to be too sweet for me. Overall, it's a great place to visit due to its colorful inside and fun flavors! read more

Some kind of pink tapioca balls - they pop in your mouth when you chew. Coffee jelly. Red bean. Toppings you don't always see in a froyo shop. My friend got grapefruit flavored shaved ice - also a rare flavor! My bright green spoon was so cute and sturdy I decided to keep it. I prefer Sketch - as the froyo here seems to have a creamier (and faster-melting!) consistency than its competitor down the street. Still, these guys do better boba than anyone else around - which isn't saying much, but is welcome nevertheless. My daughter took me to Fruity Yogurt for the first time a while back. I wasn't expecting a lot out of a teenage drink and dessert place but I was pleasantly surprised. It was a bustling place, filled with people of all different races and ages. The store had quite an extensive collection of exotic yogurt flavors such as avocado, green tea, and taro. But my favorite is still coconut. I even tell my daughter to buy me a coconut milk tea every time she goes. I've never liked desserts much, nor have I ever liked sugar much, but Fruity Yogurt is really something. I know all my kids love it. Even my wife, who is very picky, loves it. I recommend it to anyone who is in the area. It is a must check out place. read more

I went to this place with my friends on a school visit. We ordered bubble tea and tried their yogurt sample, and they are both great! We eventually ordered taro yogurt as well. The only thing is that there're so many people in line that my bubble tea takes 10 mins to get to me. Other than that, the yogurt flavors are unique, and the atmosphere is cheerful. read more

Best bubble tea in the area. I have found that it is hard to find a good bubble tea place lately. Most of the time, you can immediately taste the low quality ingredients by its chemical aftertaste but not here. You can really tell they have used better quality flavorings, teas etc.. My personal favorites are the Green Tea Lavender Bubble Tea and the Matcha Green Tea Milk Bubble Tea. The boba are not too chewy and are never undercooked. A+ read more

Just had Fro-yo here, and I must say the Green Tea Mocha and Taro flavors were amazing!! This fro-yo not only had amazing flavor, but the texture was also great. The taste of the boba at this place really varies A LOT depends on who makes it. Once some employee forgot to put the pearls in in my friend's boba, and tried to deny it when we went back to the shop (it was warm, so it wasn't in the transparent container). It's also too sweet unless you ask for it to be less sweeter. Although I go often just because there aren't many boba places in Princeton, I really think the only reason it thrives is because of the lack of competition, because it tends to be on the pricier side. Honeydew sounded wonderful and refreshing, but turned out to be overly sweet and artificial tasting. Fruity Yogurt is really distinct from other yogurt places in that it caters to people who want to eat *yogurt*; not an ice cream substitute. The quality is excellent - almost as good as PinkBerry in Manhattan - but Fruity Yogurt is better because you serve yourself and pay by the ounce. read more
