If the hours of operation have changed or if there are delays, the bare minimum expectation is that the store updates its posted hours both online and in-store. Failing to do so is misleading and demonstrates poor communication and lack of accountability. Customers should not have to guess whether your pharmacy will be open or not. Do better.
