Drove down from western suburbs bc we heard about the pizza kits and were intrigued. They were pretty darn good and are great to keep in the freezer for a quick and tasty pizza night. Last night I drove , got a kit 1745, drive home, made it and added chopped onions and portobellos , baked it , and we were eating it ( no BS) at 1840. I am not kidding , it was delicious and our mouths were watering as it was Baking, I love Palermo's and Lou Malanatis , BUT , this pizza set up and my added ingredients will make the Michelin star list !!!!!! They are a staple in Mt. Greenwood. Service is always quick no matter how busy it is. Everything is fresh and wrapped nicely. And if you go for nothing else you have to get their pizza set ups. They even have individual ones which is nice for kids. I do not like cauliflower ever but someone recommended I try their cauliflower crust and now that is always the crust I get. Hubby and I decided to try them out one Friday evening when we felt like having pizza . I was pleasantly surprised that I could get a pizza set up with 3 large thin crusts, mozzarella cheese, homemade pizza sauce and pepperoni and sausage for under $20!!!! What!!!! I always add extra toppings to mine to make it just how I like it. Super convenient to have these on hand to make your own fresh pizza at home whenever you want. I always take the package and separate the crusts, and divide the sauce, cheese and meat into three ziplock bags and freeze them for future use. A few of my coworkers were really hyping up S & T provisions and I now fully understand why. I came on Christmas Eve right at 9am when they opened and the line was already through the parking lot! The hype is real because the ingredients are incredible! Based on recommendations I ordered the sausage pizza setup. Basically they give you containers of their homemade crust, sauce, cheese and meat (optional) and you're able to take it home to create the pizza and cook at your convenience. You can choose but 7" or 12" crusts - we opted for the 12" and we're amazed it comes with enough supplies for 3 pizzas for less than 20 bucks! I consider myself a pizza connoisseur, but after making my own bomb pizza from the ingredients in the pizza setup, I now consider myself a pizza chef! It's great because you're able to tailor the pizzas to you're liking (sauce amount, cheese amount, cook time, etc). And you can ask for more of a certain ingredient when you're ordering if you like a ton of sauce or cheese. The pizzas were definitely worth the hype and the long wait in the parking lot! The food has always been fresh but something was not right this time. it was slimy and did not taste good. I brought it back and the manage/owner Accused me of doing something to taint my own food like I would want to do that to my family. He was so rude and I explain i have been a long customer never had a problem I live in Evergreen Park and know many people throughout this area. I just wanna let you know I'm gonna pass the word on how awful of an experience this was. He finally did replace the bad food but only after making me feel bad.
