When we first met Furry Murray, we had two very senior pets. Both required more attention, and often timed medications, when we left. Instead of worry, we always knew they'd be in the best hands while we were away and that our pets would be thrilled to see them. Now, we have two new additions to our family, and they too love the Furry Murray team. Daily, we receive video and photo updates, as well as any photos of packages arriving to the home, etc. It's a relief to find someone who cares for and loves your pets as much as you do. They were very clear on the terms of agreement. They have showed up every time I asked even when the schedule is full they figured out a way to get me in. They have this great app that sends you notification when the walk is finished. It tells you how far the dogs walked, and the walker makes note of if they went to the bathroom or had treats. They also take pictures of the dogs and send them to you. When I was gone on vacation, it was such a treat to get the emails and text messages and see that my pups were being well taken care of. My experience with Dr. Meadows is she cares for the families because she understands the pets are at the heart of feelings...and it shows how well she leads the business. Anyway, I thought i was going to have to wait the next day for a recommendation for some flea repellant. I was surprised to get a response sooner than the next day. I cannot imagine the stressors can be when helping customers, but they manage to do it. But I think the core reason is they understand the love and they just get it.
