When we picked Oatmeal up, he was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for -- exactly what every dog parent hopes for. Caitlin is one of the most genuinely kind humans I've ever met, and she truly cares about the animals (and families) she works with. I've referred her to so many friends and family members and they all have nothing but great things to say. If you're leaving town or even need someone to check on your dogs during they day while you're at work - give her a call. You won't regret it. I wouldn't trust my animals with anyone else.

Last November I decided to get a puppy and added Luna a Pug mix to the family fold. I work…read morefull-time and because Luna was only 9 weeks old when I got her I decided to spend the money and hire a pet sitter. I reached out to Sheri at Sheri's Pet Watch, we met in person and she went over all the particulars. I hired her service for a 30-minute visit at $20.00 per visit. This service was going to be 3 days a week in which the 30 minutes would include backyard play (weather permitting) or indoors a refresh of her water and giving Luna her afternoon treat snack. Sheri really began the 3 days a week of pet sitting beginning February 1st, 2021 due to my work schedule changing to working from home due to the Covid Pandemic. In late September 2021 I installed house camera's both inside and out because of the homeless population in my area and theft. The first Wednesday after the cameras were installed and Sheri's visit day, I received a message that there was motion inside the house, I looked and Sheri had just arrived and she took Luna out to the backyard. A minute later I received a motion alert again and Sheri was back inside with Luna, I thought well that's odd, it's a beautiful day and they are back in already. I watched as Sheri sat in a chair giving Luna her treats, then I watched her leave the house. She was there 10 minutes tops. The same thing happened the following day. I can't tell you how disappointed I was that this was happening. My daughter and I spoke and decided this was probably a one off and scheduled Sheri for the following week, keep in mind Sheri had been pet sitting Luna 8 months by now. The following week the routine was the same, she stayed 10 minutes and the following day only 6 minutes. My daughter contacted Sheri about the short visits for the last couple of weeks and told her that her services were no longer needed. Who knows how long this had been going on for, at $20.00 for 10 minutes, that's $120.00 an hour, at 6 minutes it's $200.00 an hour, my kind of money. Sheri said that she had some family issues that were requiring her to cut her visits short, and that all Luna wanted was her treats. I am not buying that story, if you are having family issues that keep you from performing your job, then tell me and let's work out a new payment plan, instead she said nothing and soaked me for a full payment and stayed a third of the time. Luna is a dog, let's not blame the dog for your unethical behavior. I trusted Sheri, and trusted she was abiding by our agreement and fulfilling your 30-minute paid obligation to Luna. It was so sad to see Luna get all excited when Sheri came in just to have her leave 10 minutes later, Luna's little tail was still wagging as she left, made me want to cry. It's amazing what people will do when they think no one is watching. So, in closing, I do not recommend Sheri's Pet Watch as my experience was less that favorable. I feel ripped off and so does Luna.

I was a bit worried as my dog is a 13 year old neurotic, clingy, anti social thing..but the owner: Nancy and Pam's philosophy in doggie love is somewhat similar to mine : they feed their doggies with human food , which is something I also do since I have no idea what's in kibbles. I also love that dogs are not crated. They have a huge backyard for dogs to play in. They loved and cared for my senior pupper in the exact same way that I do.. They leave detailed notes and even send pictures and updates to keep us in touch with the kids! The rates are very reasonable and they are very accommodating. House Calls is the way to go!!

Not only is it great for her to socialize with other good does but it also helps her burn a lot of that puppy energy. Everyone that works there has been GREAT. They truly care about your doggie. Super friendly and genuine. Extremely knowledgeable. Over all I'm super happy and hope to co continue to take our pup here for a long time . Update: she is still attending daycare and she loves it. I have a two year old lab that is hyper and FILLED with anxiety so she can sound scary but Cindy wasn't worried. She came over before I left and stayed until my dog loved her... she had her playing fetch and eating treats out of her hand in less then a half hour. Not only was her love of animals obvious but so was her customer service. I got pictures and video sent to my every time she came to care for her, she even visited more times then our contract paid for just to be sure my Stella dog was happy.
