I needed a makeover, and I didn't want to wait weeks to get an appointment. So, I called, stated what I needed, and walked right in at 11 am. I went from a medium length, fiery redhead to a blonde in 3 hours which included washing hair, the stripping of color, toner with color, conditioner, cut and style by Becky who has 30 years experience. Absolutely butchered my fiancés hair. Told our only option is to return to the same store to have it "fixed." After returning the same day to have it fixed they still couldn't fix it. Gave her bangs even thought she didn't ask for it. Now having to go to another more experienced hair salon to fix it. The owner Marcus wouldn't budge on a refund and wouldn't talk to me because I'm not my fiancée. Terrible service and customer service. A shame this store wasn't like this until 2020. When you pay for a service you expect to get what you want. Clearly that is not top priority for this hair salon, nor is retaining a customer since 2011. read more

Hi I just wanted to give a BIG shout out to Ms. Stephanie and her girls especially the newest member of her team Tabitha. I literally called them almost in tears. My daughter's first hair cut was the worst and I needed someone to fix it ASAP they assured me that I could bring her to them and she would be taken care of immediately. WOW she definitely was and they treated us like we were part of their family!!! I love these ladies and they did an amazing job fixing Stella's hair... God sent for real these ladies ROCK!!! There were a couple things that were unsatisfactory (the appointment/waiting process, and the hairstyle. I scheduled an appointment at 11:30 AM with Ka'shonda for a deep conditioning treatment and silk press for my daughter. We had family pictures and her birthday coming up so I wanted her hair to be done straight and for it to last at least a couple weeks. Unfortunately her hair was not straightened , It was blown out (at best) and a bushy mess by the next day. We arrived at 11:20 and someone was already in her chair being serviced. She wasn't finished with that customer until around 12 ( which was fine) except instead of starting on the person who had an appointment she proceeded to start on a walk in just because they arrived before we did. ( I understand that this may be a store policy, but I don't understand why have someone to schedule an appointment if they can't be seen in a timely manner) Another stylist proceeded to wash and deep condition my daughter's hair and Ka' shonda said she would do the rest. ( Okay, that's fine) She proceeded to blow dry her hair and flat iron her hair and it never was straighten. I'm not a stylist but I know from past experiences that when you blow out someone's hair that it needs to be in pretty straight then the flat iron finishes it off. My daughters hair wasn't silk pressed at most it was maybe in a blow out state. On top of her hair not being done correctly, it took entirely too long. from 12:00 ( when my daughter's hair was washed) until approximately 3:15. Not only was my daughters hair not straight, but I had to push back the time of our appointment for our pictures. When we left I wasn't happy about her hair but we had to leave so we could make our picture appointment. I'm not sure what was the culprit for her hair not being done , skill level or the hair products. Which was surprising to me because it seemed to me that she was knowledgeable enough for her to consult with other stylists while they were doing . What I would like to see come out of this is more attention to appointments and being upfront about your skill set. read more

Stephanie, the new owner, has been doing my hair since before she owned this location. Not only is she a great colorist, but she has also taught it at cosmetology schools for years. She is amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. My hair is very tough to do. It's long, all the way down to my waist and it pulls very warm. She is able to get it the most beautiful icy platinum. I only trust her to get it right. And she does every time. Go and see them here, you will not regret it. read more

Overpriced. Rushed. My nails were bumpy, the color was inconsistent- light in some areas and darker in others. Do yourself a favor.... SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! My pedicure was ok but lasted 15 minutes and was $42. Not worth the price. read more

I would give zero stars but it won't let me. I called the salon at 11:23am and explained very clearly that my daughter needs a color. I asked how long it would take, they said 1 hour. I told them her roots was showing and we wanted to match her natural color, response was "no problem" and they told me they closed at 8pm. I asked if I need an appointment and I have as told just walk in, no appointment needed. I show up at 5:50pm and signed in. They call my daughters name at 6:10pm and we was told they couldn't do a color this late. Really? It doesn't take 2 hours to do a color, you don't close till 8pm. I literally went 2 miles down the road to another salon that was happy to do it. Not only did you miss out on a $100 deal but you lost a lifetime customer. I've been going to fantastic sams since I was in high school, now I have kids in high school and will never step foot in your salon again and will tell everyone I know about this experience. read more
