When I first moved near the area, I knew I had to find a place closer to my home. I suffer from tension very badly so massages are very helpful for me and therefore I just don't trust anyone. I took a shot on this place and it was the best decision ever. I have rotated through a few therapist and all of them have been great. Can only count one so so experience in my 3 or 4 years of coming here and that was quickly adjusted. They also offer facials and plenty of other services. I try to go at least twice a month because they are honestly that good and definitely worth the price! There are several options and add-ons too! I usually do a 90 minute deep tissue plus cupping (bomb!) and leave out feeling rejuvenated. After going here a couple times, I decided to inquire about a facial.... Booked a facial with Gabrielle (super sweet and definitely knows ALL about skin care as she should - super attentive and knowledgeable) I got the oxygen facial and it felt amazing!!! My daughter got a gel French tip overlay that had a mess up, and I requested for it to be fixed. This lady mentioned that my daughter moved again. She's a child, just fix it, please. I paid you. It was an issue with their payment system, and I was falsely accused of my payment not going through, so she tried to get assistance through her tech over the phone for over 30 minutes. Keep in mind I didn't leave until 4:47 pm, and my payment went through at 4:23. In the midst of it all, she got very angry and slapped my daughter on her hand, told her to get up and go because she still didn't get help she needed to verify my payment, and I told her no, we are not leaving until you get me a receipt or verify my payment or you can call the police . So while she was on the phone with the tech, she loudly mentioned on speaker, 'We see her payment from Apple Cash of $51.' No apology, no I'm sorry. She had only done two or three fingers, and I politely told her I didn't want the second coat. She refused and said it was "too late," which is absolutely not true, she could have easily changed the color at that point. Because of that, I didn't even get the French tip I originally came in for. Now I have to go somewhere else just to fix the color on top of the acrylic. It was a complete waste of time and money, and I left with nails I don't even like. I will not be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place based on how unwilling they were to make it right.
