I once again reached out to them and I was totally baffled to hear Richard tell me that someone has to be set at the highest, so what's the issue in you being the highest. Therefore, please save your money and either submit an appeal at your own and you're guaranteed to yield far better result or have a reliable Attorney who put in the work rather then just rob you of your hard-earned money.
