We either get the answering machine or a woman tells us she'll let David know we called. I'm so very frustrated over this. Warning: Do not hire this firm. Four years ago, the owner of this firm installed a gas stove in my…read morehome. He charged me over $1,100. This week, another technician who repaired the stove pointed out that a plate was not covering the electrical wiring behind the stove's kick plate. So, for four years, my family and I were using a GAS stove with exposed wiring just behind the kick plate. The owner came by today with a "colleague" to "investigate." His colleague admitted that a plate should cover the exposed wiring. Rather than admit this grievous oversight, the owner offered up this absurd explanation: Someone else removed the plate in the four years since the original installation. No one removed the plate. No one. Why would anyone do that? He also claims that he installed a shut off valve. I have asked the TSSA to launch an investigation. Save yourself the risk and trouble my family has unknowingly endured for four years. I urge you to choose another contractor. The owner will no doubt respond to this warning with denials and accusations. You can believe him if you want to but, if you do, you will regret it.

All of my messages asking about the estimate were marked "read" but not responded to for now almost two weeks. Sucks but it is what it is. Edit: To respond to the reply from the business owner (because I'm will come with receipts), we called because it was 52 degrees and dropping in our house where we have animals. The furnace was running but not working. The guy came and told us to take up the carpet the seller placed over a vent that was causing our furnace to overheat and it started heating up immediately. And as for the state of our house, we did have numerous piles of boxes as we had just moved in a few days previous. Insinuating we're messy or something was extremely unprofessional and rude. Also I attached a picture of the time he offered us that was 4-6pm, he makes it sound like they came out at 8pm to fix it. I already messaged him privately telling him if he had come to me and told me he thought three stars was more fair I would have changed it but after that response he earned a one star.
