We were put on the list for a very short wait time. Jordan came to our rescue. He was polite, on time and very attentive to what we were telling him regarding the air and the problems fixing it. They had to replace a few parts and part of doing so meant they had to go around to every baseboard and let air out. It was a big job that took a couple hours but they were friendly and respected our home by taking off shoes, etc. we felt the price was spot on. We'd definitely call these guys again.

They were able to find a new board on Thursday morning and installed it at 10AM. We can not say enough about the level of service as well as knowledge of the unit. Last night I turned off all the Electric base board heaters ,and set my new unit to keep my whole place warm for the night . I woke this morning, and it was warm !!!! so happy the whole place was warm ! Yes its warming out side but the mornings are always cold in that add a room . This is how the job went . I called Noco when I decided to spend the money and stop complaining about the cold place I had bought. JUMP in and spend!! it its worth it , And the people at Noco the best . I got an appointment for the next week to have it done . They came, it took a few hours , they finished that day . I am so happy with the unit and the Men that installed it . Even The service man came to check on the installers and how the job was going. His name is Dave, My Installers were Dave, and Andrew . My sales person was so informative, The Best ! His name is Steve. He also came to check the project. I couldn't praise them any more the 5 stars ? But I would have !!!!!Great Company! Called these guys and promptly received a call back…read more Although the gentleman on call couldn't make it over there that day, they had someone call back the next morning and arrive by afternoon, which was July 4th. The service fee wasn't egregious for it being July 4th. The problem was as suspected, a capacitor that was shot. They had one on the truck they could swap it out with. The only qualm I had was they charged like $380 for the part, when it's $40 or so at Home Depot. Just seems like a little heavy on the upmark, but with it being July 4th; I was just grateful to get the A/C fixed. Good communication; recommended! Parts were a little pricey.

Not what you want to wake up to out of your sleep! I thought I was having a very bad dream, but unfortunately this was very real. Water everywhere on the bathroom floor, ankle deep. A burst supply line squirting water uncontrollably. A shut off valve for the house in the basement that would not turn off. Maybe rusted or corroded over time, unknown to me. This escaped water from the toilet flooded my first floor kitchen ceiling and walls. And that is now a whole other bigger problem - water damage to drywall that needs to be remediated. Not fun. A headache, expense and inconvenience that will take many days or weeks to resolve. Ugh. These plumbers promptly changed out the toilet supply line in both my bathrooms, and also installed a new service valve for the house. Nobody calls a plumber at 4AM for planned projects. But when you need fast, efficient, professional plumbing help, like I did, these plumbers will take care to help you and mitigate water damage on your property. I'm so glad I called them. They know what exactly to do! Initial review: Trouble shooted Plumbing problem over the phone. Plumber was able to determine problem with a call and texting of some photos. Knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. Will update review soon, issue is being worked on at the present time.

Finally around 6pm we received a text back informing us that they were not coming over and will be over the next day in the afternoon. It was an incredible disappoint and we let them know and were going to find someone else. We received a text back saying that "they didn't promise us anything, he was sorry he hurt our feelings and he has plenty of other clients." The rudeness and unprofessionalism was shocking. This company left our family (children) without hot water. This situation could have avoided if they were not so arrogant and unprofessional.
