I decided to return to order one once I got a call because I wasn't overpaying for something that didn't have the options I wanted. I received a text message stating order banks were opening on Sept 30 so I returned. Upon my return I learned order banks had already opened and closed, and they offered me the option to purchase a stock build they had ordered, again, for quite a bit over MSRP and without the options I wanted to have. (Tow package, AWD, and copilot 360 among a few) I was told they could install a tow hitch for met about $1300 which is $500 over the option price, and without the rest that comes with it direct from ford. Definitely going to stay away from this place and I recommend others to do so as well.

I immediately went and rented a car for a week, not knowing when my car would be repaired. In fact, the car was fixed by noon the next day!! They called me at noon for me to come and get it.
