I got a full body massage here with Heidi and it was truly the best massage I've ever had! Heidi made me feel so relaxed and was able to release so much tension from my muscles. First time visit. Front desk very friendly. I was guided to a resting area with a warm pillow on neck and a glass of spa water. I was guided to a massage private room. I was asked ahead of time about what oil I wanted used. I was alone to undress and set all of my items in a basket. I then enter bedding. Massage was good and professional. I was given a robe and slippers , funny thing I had two right foot slippers. Unfortunately and I should of spoke up. The massage professional used the oil at the end to massage my neck and head area. She must of used way to many drops on her hands. I was on fire . Really hurt but as a guy I thought this is good I use tiger balm on muscles after workout. It was not good and I suffered. Later that day my head hurt so bad and I must of had pores wide opened because I became sick. Sinus infection and sneezing. I moved from Chicago 5 years ago. Arizona is fresh and I can wear shorts even when it's 30 degrees. I've only been sick twice in 5 years. The next day it would not leave my head but my neck did not hurt no more. Neck felt like extreame sunburn on that day. I went to urgent care on Oracle. I got a cough medicine and antibiotic. I will be good soon. This can happen getting sick. May not of been from situation but it did not help only made it worse. I'm not looking to get anyone in trouble I just want owner to check on the massage professionals and make sure they understand how strong pure oil is. I will not return. But I hope I can help owner fix this issue so none of the ladies feel what I felt. I will say I was hoping for a shower, but non was on site. Now when I travel to Chicago I go to a place called ASHA owned by Aveda. They do not exist in Arizona. Now for FUCHSIA is probably the closest to the Asha experience. I can't go anymore after that experience. Maybe one day the owner will grow this spa to a setting like Asha. In Chicago they have many locations. Price range the same. You walk in they guide you to a private door. On the other side is a long dark stone wall hallway with wonderful smells and several doors. Some doors are massage rooms, restrooms, showers, and locker rooms. They take you to your private locker room to change and set a code they offer hot tea and spa water . You go to private massage room. While in massage they sit you down and wash your feet in a bowl. Then they have you smell with eyes closed different oils to sellect one. Couples massage is fun setting. You undress in private and place robe on chair with slippers. All your personals are in your locker. After you lay down they come in to set oils on a cloth under your face area to breathe but cloth is about maybe 5 inches away from face not on skin. After massage you go to hallway where great big chairs are with music to relax with tea and a warm neck pillow. You stay there as long as you want. When your ready you go to a shower room that can fit 10 people and steam with so many jets. Great for couples. Now I'm not putting down others I do believe FUCHSIA is close and the best in Arizona but unfortunately I cant go no more. I came here for a facial the other day and enjoyed it so much that I came back the next day for a full body massage! First of all, the staff is amazing. They were very friendly, helpful, and made sure I was comfortable. After checking in I was taken to a relaxation room where I briefly waited for my appointment. The room was very soothing and helped me get in the right mindset before my treatment. Anthony did my massage, Melissa did my facial, and they were both very knowledgeable. Not only are they amazing at what they do, but they were able to give me recommendations for how to better take care of my body and face. I stumbled upon Fuchsia when I was visiting family in Tucson- and what a pleasant surprise! I had a massage by Heidi and she was beyond helpful! She explained to me how to best heal my sore neck and lower back. She just moved back to Tucson from where I am from and she even offered recommendations to local massage therapists at my home! I also treated myself to a mani/pedi by Dina. She paid careful attention to my preferences to everything from water temperature to nail shape. Fuchsia is an amazing day spa! I have been receiving massage for 40 years and it is by far the best facial and massage I have ever had. The packages are great for gifts...which I have done and now I go every month because yes we women deserve it. We work hard, take care of family and handle whatever else has to be handled. I went in to get a dermaplaning facial for the first time. I literally came out and looked like a cat scratched my face! At first the cuts were not noticeable until the next day or so, now the cuts have become darker and have scabbed. I am so upset that the person was clearly not experienced in dermaplaning, but I am more worried of getting an infection, being that I am in the medical Field. She simply stated to me that she nicked me once and that it would go away in a day. I have a total of 8 cuts on my face!!! This was definitely not the experience I was hoping for not to mention the amount of money I spent on this facial !! read more

The massages are very good snd other services as well. , they ask how you like the massages and let you select the room fragrance. The staff is attentive and professional and take every measure of health and safety and the place clean. The thing that could use improvement is that once you've been a member after a year they forget that you'r membership is a constant flow of money going towards the business and they're also getting free advertisement for the business. There's no promotion or gift like a free welcome massage or a thank you letter for renewing the membership for another year. This could use improvement. This doesn't have to be done but it's well deserved and greatly appreciated. It would put this business above the rest. Our money is just as good as the money of a new first time client. if you buy a gift card for someone like a college student who lives outside of AZ and only come here during Christmas holiday or summer. These people should be spared from non member fees! It would be nice they could enjoy the services as members do. Why should their money have to go elsewhere because they're not new clients when they could put it towards a service at this facility? Its not going to break the bank! They could easily show proof of their out of town residence. Passport, drivers license, student ID card, work ID card, a utility bill, school enrollment anything that shows where they live. There's quite an opportunity for something to be worked out that would benefit this business as well as clients. We've all had a tough year with the quarantine. read more

On a recent visit to Tucson I went to Fuchsia for a massage. I had been traveling and my back was killing me and not being familiar with Tucson, I really did not know where to go. It was easy to set up a same day appointment and I'm glad I did. I walked out of there feeling great. I had several business meetings that went a lot smoother since I felt so much better. Last week I got what I consider one of my best pedicures in Tucson. The entire experience at the spa was lovely, from the warm greetings of the staff when I walked in to being able to put in writing what I want in a pedicure - and the staff honored my requests! During the pedicure, you can choose to watch a movie on a flat screen, drink a fruity concoction they prepare for you, and just relax. The woman who did my pedicure carefully removed dead skin around the nails, checked with me about length and so forth. My nails looked great when I left and still look good a week later, although the light colored polish I chose is a little faded. I almost gave the experience 4 stars because I wish she had spent more time scraping dead skin from behind my heels and arch, but overall I was so pleased by the experience that I gave it 5 stars. read more
