I do a lot of BBQ myself so I am pretty picky. This was done right. The pork was pulled at the right temp so it came off stringy like it is supposed to be not chopped up. The fries were fresh and hot. The beans have a good flavor and had the thickness of gravy. Every bit of the food was fantastic. Although you order at the counter there is service at the table. A young lady was checking quality at every table and cleaning tables when people leave. The music in the store is contemporary Christian. Day time visits seem to be the way to go. Night time is a big no for me. Dirty floors and standing around waiting for a pick up order that had been ready.
