A comment was made from the company that they would review the statements I sent to see what they could do to prevent this from happening to others in the future. I did include in my email screenshots of their webpage to show them what I read explaining what they said their policies were on billing because clearly at this time they do not maintain their Internet suggested policies they have separate policies they are using not in line with their statements. I did share that I do love their concept and I hope that they get things fixed.
