Often if I am visiting another business in the plaza I will stop in just to see what new neat trinkets they have for your yard or just to simply kill time. They cost a little more than the bigger home improvement stores but it is a nicer/calmer atmosphere here at B&B. And they seem to have everything I have ever needed they have but with more helpful employees with smiles.

They don't stock much of anything relating to ICs or transistors, but you'll find a selection of chassis, and hardware items to build up your prototypes. T One downside is that since they have so few walk-in customers, you can't get in to the parts area without waiting for one of the phone support people to break free and walk you over to the parts area. Another down side is that much of their shelf stock is very old. Spray cans of solvent may be half-empty from can leaks, and electrolytic aren't necessary going to be fresh. But with components like fans, relays, transformers, resistors, etc. that won't matter. They also carry hand tools, tool cases, heat-shrink, solder, connectors, adapters, plugs... just a lot of other stuff to create and repair electronic projects. Their pricing is not particularly cheap. The people working there (mostly in cubicles doing phone orders) are very nice.

My biggest problem however is that there are also NO prices on ANYTHING ... he explained, he makes up the prices as he goes, because he says "i have all of them memorized"..... ok?... but then why was my wife was given for a price for a specific Palm that she liked, then when I caught back up with the two of them and happen to inquire about the same species of Palm (same size) why did I get a different number then... while looking at the availability of their "unbroken" fountains they still had left since everything seemed to be chipped or cracked on parts... he tried telling me a price for one that actually DID happen to have the amount on the inside of the bowl it said $70... he told me it was 140.... his only response..... "oh!... I guess that's it then"...... needless to say that's when we just turned & just walked away... didn't feel there was anything left to add at that point anymore... he'd said enough.... I do not recommend this place one but .... there are five other nurseries literally on all sides of this place.... I would recommend ANY other one.... Save yourself from the Overpriced, broken inventory and lazy incompetent staff!....

Once it was installed (by the installer they set up for us) it was immediately evident that it was "rickety" at best. It was also an eyesore, with bright, plastic looking chrome on the handle which would have been impossible to see from the tiny thumbnail across the counter we looked at before agreeing to purchase (totally on us). But more importantly it wasn't stable. It rattles horribly when you open it. It rattles horribly when you close it. And it moves all around inside of its compartment. When we contacted the store, complete with video, we were told "no refunds," which was never disclosed during the purchase process. The receipt is emailed to you with the disclosure after you purchased the item and leave the store. The response from the manager was that this was the highest quality trash compactor on the market, despite the videos showing the contrary. He said maybe the install was dome incorrectly but his installer, who is very nice, told us that was the best he could do, so it was basically too bad for us. Buyer beware.
