She is the one who took care of financing end for me to buy. Explaining everything in detail. If I didn't understand she went over it pleasantly happy all the way. Was happy I found what I wanted. I enjoyed actually being there with this great group of people. I want to call them friends. I will definitely be there when I need another upgrade on my appliances. The delivery was awesome great guys. Delivered in time. Very efficient in the installation and explained in detail what was to be done. Pacific Sales is the best place to buy appliance. Every time my order has gone well, it has been great. However when things go bad, they go really bad. My most recent experience started on 5/28/25. I had a Newport Brass faucet that had an issue and was covered under their warranty. I was told to call Newport Brass. After contacting both WDC and Newport, it seemed like a simple process: WDC had to simply fill out some paperwork and Newport would ship me a new faucet. I was following up with WDC monthly to check on the status and was obviously lied to every time--working on it, it's on back order, my customer service team and I are handling it, it should be in next month, I'm not sure what's going on, etc.. My last exchange with WDC was on 12/14/25. Newport Brass says this isn't a big deal and they do this all the time, essentially blaming WDC for not following through with simple paperwork. It has been almost a year, I still don't have a faucet, and I've heard nothing from WDC in 4 months.

He asked for the serial number, looked it up, and immediately told me the replacement part was discontinued. According to him, my only option was to purchase a brand-new stove for over $2,000. I mentioned that I had checked the GE website and it appeared the part was still available. Instead of being open to that possibility, he became dismissive and condescending. He went on about his 30 years of experience and made it very clear that, in his mind, he couldn't possibly be wrong. When I asked if I could share the part number I found, he said he "didn't have time for this" and hung up on me. Beyond being incredibly rude, this kind of behavior could have cost me thousands of dollars. There was no willingness to help, no curiosity, and no basic customer service. For the record, I went ahead and ordered the "discontinued" part directly from GE without any issue--and their customer service was pleasant and helpful. Experience is valuable, but respect and professionalism matter just as much. This was a disappointing and frustrating interaction.

Despite presenting themselves as experienced and knowledgeable, they demonstrated a lack of understanding regarding Wolf products, including compatibility requirements and code compliance issues. The customer care team, whom I was thrown over to by Jennifer and was supposed to assist with troubleshooting a damaged $7,000 range, instead focused on blaming me for not inspecting the appliance and repeatedly claimed there was no damage to the range door. Their position was ultimately contradicted by the Wolf factory-certified technician they dispatched at my insistence. The technician confirmed the damage and proceeded to repair it. Customers purchasing premium appliances deserve knowledgeable sales support, professional customer service, and accountability when issues arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Save your hard-earned money and purchase from another Wolf authorized dealer that truly understands the products they sell. Based on my experience, I would recommend Pacific Sales instead. Don't waste your valuable time or money with this company.
