    Either they got rid of the other two "donkeys" running the sales floor or you people are just outright judgmental.... Sean was a pleasure to work with when finding a quality electronic fireplace. He went over 4-5 different brands and their differences with me and recommended one over the other. We spent nearly 45 minutes picking the right sizes etc. Unlike most, I don't sit their and complain about $100-200 in price difference. I want the best when it comes to my home and these guys were there to fulfill that. Visit them with an open mind and they will work with you to get you what you want. Sean was a cool guy and I believe his brother was also helping me carry the 74" unit 100lbs down a flight of stairs to my car!

    10 stars! This place is great.Shawn was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff. Having gone to a lot of different places, we found that this place was more concerned on educating us than taking our money. We felt very comfortable and bought everything they recommended for our new fire place. Installation was perfect. The guys new what they were doing and did an excellent job! I highly recommend this place for all of your BBQ and fireplace needs!

    Built my dream outdoor kitchen recently. (See attached picture). Worked with shaunt, who was very easy to work with. Reviewed a lot of different appliances before settling on what I wanted. He gave me a good mix of options from the more affordable to the high end, reviewed the pros and cons of each etc. Felt very comfortable about my decision. Would definitely go back again. Highly recommended.

He asked for the serial number, looked it up, and immediately told me the replacement part was discontinued. According to him, my only option was to purchase a brand-new stove for over $2,000. I mentioned that I had checked the GE website and it appeared the part was still available. Instead of being open to that possibility, he became dismissive and condescending. He went on about his 30 years of experience and made it very clear that, in his mind, he couldn't possibly be wrong. When I asked if I could share the part number I found, he said he "didn't have time for this" and hung up on me. Beyond being incredibly rude, this kind of behavior could have cost me thousands of dollars. There was no willingness to help, no curiosity, and no basic customer service. For the record, I went ahead and ordered the "discontinued" part directly from GE without any issue--and their customer service was pleasant and helpful. Experience is valuable, but respect and professionalism matter just as much. This was a disappointing and frustrating interaction.

    Horrible sales staff and even worse management…read more If you're in the market for a Wolf appliance, I strongly recommend finding a different authorized Wolf dealer based on my experience with sales representative Jennifer Palmer and manager Anthony Dux. Despite presenting themselves as experienced and knowledgeable, they demonstrated a lack of understanding regarding Wolf products, including compatibility requirements and code compliance issues. The customer care team, whom I was thrown over to by Jennifer and was supposed to assist with troubleshooting a damaged $7,000 range, instead focused on blaming me for not inspecting the appliance and repeatedly claimed there was no damage to the range door. Their position was ultimately contradicted by the Wolf factory-certified technician they dispatched at my insistence. The technician confirmed the damage and proceeded to repair it. Customers purchasing premium appliances deserve knowledgeable sales support, professional customer service, and accountability when issues arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Save your hard-earned money and purchase from another Wolf authorized dealer that truly understands the products they sell. Based on my experience, I would recommend Pacific Sales instead. Don't waste your valuable time or money with this company.
