I bought a car that overheated 2 days later had to trade it for another car which luckily they were nice enough to do which they made sure to make me aware how generous they were for it. My boyfriend's truck has a shifting issue and was under warranty and we dropped it off to them to test drive and find the issue and they said they never saw the problem. Boyfriend's brother bought a truck from here and transmission went out 2 months later. Next my boyfriends dad bought a truck so over priced and it does not sounds correct, took advantage of him. Not only that, they're actually taking care of any problems!! I've never been taking care of at a dealership, just taken advantage of. I've had a dealer literally lie to my face saying there was nothing wrong with a car we purchased. refused to correct after we drove it for a day. A different dealer didn't list any problems with the last truck I bought and said "welp that's what happens when you buy a used truck. There are ALOT of crooked dealerships out there! My last three service visits have taken on average twice as long as promised and today I dropped off a vehicle for new tires at 8:30 and only received a call at 12:30 - telling me that it would ready "by end of day." I don't live in Dodgeville and they offered no accommodation so my only choice was to leave without them even starting the work. I'll be getting my tires elsewhere and looking to Platteville for better service.
