When Dave answered I told him that I was fully aware of what time it was. After I explained my predicament he said to come on over. He confirmed that my battery needed replacing, but he didn't have the right battery in stock. I fully believe that 99 out of 100 other service centers would have said "you'll have to leave your car here and we'll get to it tomorrow." Well, to my amazement he got on the phone and found a place that was still open and that could deliver the battery I needed! After about 20 minutes the guy showed up with my new battery and within 10 minutes I was on my way home! I'm not very mechanically inclined, and I've been bringing my cars to DB's for probably 20 years now. They have ALWAYS taken great care of me, they have NEVER tried to fix something or sell me something I didn't need, but tonight, boy, they really went above and beyond.
