When we decided to get pizza, we didn't know what we were in for. The pizza at Full Circle Cafe are incredible. We got a 12" Upside Down Pizza and a 12" Carnivore. The dough is incredible! The toppings are fresh and delicious. We started the meal with a plate of fresh ciabatta with oil and herbs. It was magnificent. Our pies came out quickly and the waiter was on top of refilling our drinks. The Full Circle Cafe is family friendly and a step up from a place like Your Pie. This is quite possibly the best pizza around. Go here. You won't be sorry. read more

Just had lunch at FCC. Cafe has a lot of potential but very little flavor. Wifes spaghetti and meatballs were ok but so bland. I ordered a italian sausage, mushroom, sweet pepper pizza. Their crust is good and they have a fully functioning woodfired oven. Sadly they could do sooo much better.. While their toppings are obviously out of a can (saw them in the back) at least cook them well in the wood oven.. get that toasty burn on them.. There was a lot of sausage on the pizza but if I went by taste alone I found none. Everything was bland bland bland. All fixable.. but the worst was the cheese. I have never had such odd terrible cheese. It tasted like cheese wizz or some other "Near"-cheese synthetic. Really very off putting.. Service was good.. fresh baked pizza bread and dip was good. read more

The first time I ordered, I got my food when I expected and it directly from the drivers hands, and was absolutely delicious. I However, the next time I ordered, I added instructions to put the food in my hands and not leave it on the porch. I waited and waited and waited, nobody answered when I called so I assume they weren't going to show up, though they had charged my bank account. I found the food the next afternoon when I walked by the front porch. Needless to say it was useless to me. Not a fancy restaurant but everything is constantly good! They offer many options from pizza, pasta, salmon and salads. My personal favorite is Veggie Pasta and any pizza with Cauliflower crust. I had the salmon with Broccoli and a house salad. The salad was good; a standard house salad. The broccoli however was cooked in a microwave so it was rubbery with hard edges. Typical microwave broccoli and that is an embarrassment for a restaurant. The salmon was okay. It was a few days old and I smelled it (bad fishy smell) as they cooked it. I would have sent it back but it was well cooked so the bacteria killed out. The star of the show was the topping on the salmon. It was sour cream with capers and grilled red onions. I didn't know this restaurant existed until I took a friend to pick up a rental car from Hertz. My husband and I tried it out for lunch on Monday. We were the only people dining in the restaurant. It was very clean and our waitress was very nice and helpful. They have wood fire baked pizza and pasta and very fresh salads. They were out of a couple of beer brands on tap but had others to choose from. I think 5 wines to choose from. Many bottled beers. Our pizza and salad were delicious and they brought us homemade bread with olive oil to dip in while waiting on our food. We will definitely be back again soon and I highly recommend you to try it! read more

Wow what an amazing place. We started with the Beet It salad, then shared the margarita pizza with perfect -yes perfect -crust. Others got a vegan version of the gardeners pizza, chicken Alfredo pizza and the carnivore pizza. We got a vegan gluten free pizza to-go for our daughter and she was blown away. The waiter was attentive, personable and timely. All in all / the best meal we have had in a long time. On a side note - I love the shape of the wine glasses and salt & pepper shakers. This place has the best Pies in Anderson!!!! The "Amazeballs" were a great starter before we got munching on a nice pie! We ordered the Full Circle Pizza and the caramelized onions were a great contrast to the savory meats and veggies! Stop reading this now and go eat here. What a find (thanks other Yelpers). The menu is awesome filled with so many cool Italian choices. We couldn't figure out what to get. Why is there a shepherds pie on the menu? I sure as heck don't know, but it sounds delicious and I'm going to get it next time for sure! We can't say enough about the food -- starting with the great bread (with oil and seasonings). I wanted the meatballs, but needed the pizza. So I got pizza with meatballs, bacon, and garlic. The crust was light, but crispy and the sauce, cheese, toppings were fantastic. My wife got the salmon and proclaimed it "the best salmon she ever had." We're from out of town, but come up every so often and will make it a habit to come to FCC! Maybe our fabulous server Zack will still be there and we can talk some more about the story of FCC.
