I explained to him that there was a low spot that always flooded in heavy rain, and asked him to fix that. It is so much worse now, that when we get big rainstorms the water doesn't puddle in the low spot. Instead, if forms a stream which washed the soil and grass away. He promised to come fix it, but never did. Ghosted me after that, did not even pick up a certified letter I sent to him.

We explained we have a delivery on Friday (today) and will be moving our furniture Saturday (tomorrow) so we would really appreciate if they could do it as soon as possible. We were told that there would be no issue, they would do it and send us an invoice. We advised them to stop by Saturday so we could begin to build a relationship with companies in the community. Everything was fine, we were extremely happy. Unfortunately, come today, we drive up to our home and it was not plowed. I could not even go into my driveway and I had to park my car on a busy street. We did not receive a call, text, voice-mail, or email stating they would not be able to do it or did not. CT got around 1-1/2' of snow, plus a day of it melting and freezing again overnight, and that's what I was left with. If someone would have called and advised they couldn't do it for whatever reason, I would have thanked them and moved onto the next company. Even to this very moment, I have not gotten a call back after 3+ calls since this morning. I had plans for renovations, painting, and lots more since my house needs to be updated and I move tomorrow and I lost half my day because I needed to dig out my driveway. Luckily, I found another local company willing to come by and finish what my fiancé and I had started and did it for less than what Winter Pros was asking. I am unimpressed and extremely disappointed in this company. I will not be calling, using, or recommending this company.

Despite some of the biggest snows we see here in CT PJs reliability, and the thoroughness of the team in clearing the driveway, deck, steps and even cars is unflappable. More importantly, my wife and I leave very early for our jobs (I'm usually out of the house by 5:30a) and the team ensures that all is good to go, even under the heaviest snowfall. Have never tried them for the landscaping, though I often wish I had! I just know they would have brought the same professionalism to that as well. I probably would have gotten a better fire if I just lit my cash on fire... that's kind of what it feels like I did.
