Our lawn was a mess after tenant left, it had not been raked for over a year. Anthony from Full Force Landscaping gave me an estimate, which was better that others, showed up on time with three trucks and five guys. Anthony and his men spent eight hours blowing leaves lifting tree limbs and doing lots of extra for us. If you need a spring cleanup he is the best in area. We have lived in New City for over 45 years and have had several landscapers on our property which is almost an acre, he is the best hands down. read more

Did not come when they said they would, then blamed it on the weather. I would have understood it being a weather issue had they come one or two days late, but it was over 10 days later and only after I contracted them asking why they hadn't come. At least message me and state they are sorry but couldn't be there due to the weather, and we are rescheduling you for this date. When they did come, they only did 80% of the job, and left leaves in front of my property which, after another 10 days before they returned to finish the job, had blown back onto the lawn...of which they did not clean up. When I contacted them to explain my dissatisfaction, they said I didn't need to pay the bill, but they wouldn't be doing service at my location anymore. As if bringing this to their attention annoyed them and they didn't want anything to do with me anymore. That is not the right way of doing business. I would have gladly paid the bill, but wanted an apology and some token of trying to make it right. Very unprofessional, shoddy work, and does not resolve customer complaints appropriately. read more

Grass wasn't cut low enough. By the time I got home they were gone for the day, they also left my double gates slightly open and dog got out into the neighborhood and had to shell out more money for help to find my dog. The attention to detail is slim to none. I have dealt with several other companies but never dealt with this problem. read more

So my neighbor used Full Force Landscaping to do a one-time cut while his riding mower got serviced, they ripped him off and charged him $60 they started at $80. He used to pay $35., before when he used to pay for service. That's the first issue. Their employee hit my PVC fence with their tractor and didn't say anything. My wife noticed it i mentioned it to my neighbor he calls the company he hired, they send out the employee who mowed lawn and he denies doing it. I called Full Force Landscaping and told them their employee was there and he's denying, the guy on the phone said he had to believe his employee cause he doesn't lie. I told him no problem I will write a bad review he told me why I was being a D.I.C.K.., then tells me his name is Anthony to put that on the review, but I didn't catch his name when I called. Then (Anthony), tells me I'm going to give you a bad review so no contractors will work for you... Moral of story horrible customer service, hostile work environment, probably need to stop everything you doing to babysit them while they cut your lawn. read more

This company and their staff are not honest. I contracted with them to take care of my elderly fathers house at $80 a cut. I observed them one day while visiting and they only cut a strip of grass along the front of the yard because there were so much debris (leaves and sticks) that grass could not grow on the other areas of the property. Yet, they felt perfectly fine with charging me full price to "cut" the 10 blades of grass that were on his lawn. When I contacted the company to try and rectify the issue they stated they always pickup the sticks (clearly their staff aren't aware of that) and I already pay for fall and spring cleanup. He stated I had to pay extra for leaf removal. Why should I conceptually need to pay for leaf removal if they were mowing the property any small amount of leaves would be cut up right! The gentleman was incredibly rude. I asked him to just go to the address and take a look at the property because he would see that no one has been there to service they yard in months. I was not trying to get anything for free, I merely wanted to give them the opportunity to make this right.
