I have spent 26 years working on the multifamily property management side of real estate, so…read morethroughout my career I have worked with a lot of real estate professionals. When it came time for us to buy a home in another state while also juggling a move, work, and selling our current home, I knew exactly what I did and did not want from an agent. Ashley is hands down my favorite real estate agent I have ever worked with. We are probably not typical buyers, and I also know that I am not the easiest client in the sense that I am busy, opinionated, know the industry, and absolutely do not want to manage the person I hired to help me. Ashley figured out our style almost immediately. There was no learning curve, no handholding, no endless unnecessary phone calls. She just got to work, kept us informed, and did exactly what she said she was going to do when she said she was going to do it. Her communication is exceptional. She was detailed, clear, responsive, and incredibly proactive. She would send an email with everything we needed to know and then text to make sure we knew it was there. If she was going to be unavailable for a few hours, she told us. We never wondered what was happening, what came next, or whether something was being handled. She was equally impressive during negotiations. We went back and forth with the sellers several times, and Ashley helped us weigh the pros and cons without ever pushing us in one direction. Her comps were excellent, her advice was practical, and when we needed more information, she immediately had trusted vendors lined up to evaluate things and provide bids so we could make informed decisions. And when I say she handled things, I mean she HANDLED them. We had a very short closing timeline, and Ashley scheduled vendors, met them at the house, attended the inspection, coordinated bids, followed up on repairs, and went back to the property more than once to make sure the sellers actually completed what they had agreed to complete. There were several points where the transaction could have become incredibly stressful, and Ashley somehow remained completely calm, cool, and zen through all of it. That may be one of my favorite things about her. She takes the pressure off. She is direct, honest, organized, reliable, and has absolutely no fluff. She also happens to be hilarious and genuinely fun to work with. I love her sense of humor, her energy, and her entire vibe. And her service did not suddenly end when the transaction closed. She has continued to be a resource for us, from trusted vendor recommendations to little things that made moving to a new city easier. She even remembered that I'm a coffee drinker and my husband is a matcha drinker and sent us local recommendations for both. She also showed up after closing with flowers and a gift card because apparently being an exceptional real estate agent was not enough. I recommend Ashley without hesitation. Actually, that is probably underselling it. If one of my friends or family members buys or sells real estate in the Seattle area and chooses someone other than Ashley, I will openly question their judgment. She is that good. I would hire her again in a heartbeat, recommend her to absolutely anyone, and consider myself lucky to have found her.

She deserves 10 stars for her diligence, flexibility and knowledge of the market and home buying process. Alicia and the team at Every Door were responsive moved quickly and ultimately made my home buying experience a positive one. Alicia was with me every step of the way and made sure I got the best deal for my budget. I cannot express enough what an outstanding experience it was working with Alicia and the team. I highly recommend them!

They have several drug dealers here (even tenants and management are aware of) that are on Section 8 of WA state but fail to remove them. This is another questionable act for the state is paying their rent yet they are free to sell illegal drugs from their unit. Also the whole complex reeks of pot smell and who knows what other illegal drug smell that is in the air. These drug dealers let shady drug buyers into the complex thru the outside phone system for their sales then free to move about in the complex without the tenant who let them in. Recently they did carpet cleaning only on the first floor to impress hopeful new tenants. Parking is scarce for only 66 spaces available for a 289 unit complex, no off street parking or any alternate area to legally park and some of those 66 spaces you have to pay to park. Also for a 55+ community, only 5 handicap spaces are available. Management recently sent out a memo about parking. The memo stated if guest parking is full here to go park at the Link Light Rail station at Angle Lake. This is a definite illegal statement for management to falsely state for they are putting guests at risk for towing. Link Light Rail stations are for rail customers only. It's sad to me that Indigo Real Estate has let this complex turn into a ghetto living space for the 55+ community and have no pride and stingy funds to make it better

Did not take any responsibility for any of the nightmare I'm STILL experiencing 3 weeks later. They send out aggressive & threatening emails. Nit picking emails that are vague. Essentially saying this activity is causing an issue. And completely ignoring what is in actuality causing the issue. People leaving bags of trash in their foyers, on their decks etc. Vermin in the trash area that I've seen during daylight taking out my trash. They state rules like "No Smoking" but don't enforce them. Causing severe health issues to some residents. Night time security is a joke. If you call in regards to people outside at 1130 pm, hooting & hollering. They take the information from you. Then say "We'll let the office know when they open back up". Still cannot contact anyone at Indigo specifically. And contacting the onsite office during office hours rarely happens. Unanswered voice mails. Unanswed texts. Unanswered emails. Unanswered texts. And they will still brush me off regarding this review
