Without a doubt, this will be my go-to flower shop from here on out! I am new to the state and hadn't had time to research. Using Yelp helped me find The Flower Cart, but when selecting to order online, Yelp pushed me to Bloomnation for the online order (which I didn't realize at the time). Bloomnation collected the $$ and even provided confirmations of the order AND delivery, but failed to push the order to The Flower Cart (TFC)! Needless to say the flowers did not arrive... ever. Now, more than 2 weeks later I finally get around to calling TFC, and got Jessica. From here on out it has been a FANTASTIC experience. What we received was disappointing and terrible. When we called the florist she wouldn't do Anything to try to make it right and continued to blame it on the online place we ordered it from! Disgusting do not order from here. Update: New flowers were delivered the following week. The new bouquet looked beautiful and were what we were expecting in our first delivery. Earlier this week I placed an order to be delivered on Friday April 3rd to my mother-in-law. Attached is the picture of what I ordered alongside a picture of what was delivered. I am extremely disappointed that not only were the flowers delivered on the wrong day, but looked nothing like what I ordered and paid extra for (to have the large arrangement). I could have sent a friend to Fry's to pick up flowers and would have gotten a better arrangement! My husband and I just moved to the Bay Area. There will be many holidays and special occasions that we will miss with friends and family in Arizona. My flowers turned out beautiful for my wedding in October 2017. When I came to the flower cart to plan out my wedding flowers I was so sick of wedding planning, and Jessica and Rachel made the process easy. All I knew coming in to the appointment was I liked gerber daisies and my wedding colors were red, black, and grey. During the appointment I was told about different flowers to achieve the look I wanted. I showed them a few pinterest pictures and gave them the names of my party members and we were done. When I got to the wedding venue I was presented with my bouquet and flower crown and was instantly in love. They were exactly how I pictured them- so beautiful. While I was getting ready I saw Jessica and Rachel through the windows unloading flowers and working to get the venue decorated. (My venue had a 2 hour window to decorate before the wedding.) As I came down the aisle to meet my husband I noticed how lovely the arch looked, and felt so much relief- I couldn't believe that everything came together so beautifully. The reception was lovely. My family and friends all agreed that the flowers, arch, decorations, and centerpieces were just beautiful and really reflected my personality. The wedding planner from the venue said she had never seen the arch decorated so wonderfully. I haven't gotten my wedding photos yet, but I plan to edit this review or add send them to the flower cart. My husband ordered an absolutely stunning bouquet of roses at The Flower Cart for delivery at my work on my birthday! I must say, I have never received a bouquet so incredibly SPECIAL!!! When my husband walked into the florist shop to place the order, he was very specific with his request and was quickly seated at their design center to go over the details of exactly what he wanted. He specified a dozen long-stemmed red roses, fully bloomed so that they "popped" when I saw them, with a single yellow rose in the middle, and the vase was to be trimmed in red and yellow ribbons. On the day it was scheduled to be delivered, they even sent him a text of a picture of the bouquet they designed for his approval before delivery. Not only did they meet and exceed my husband's expectations, I was completely blown away with how PERFECTLY designed the bouquet looked when I received it! I also enjoyed the delivery man's enthusiasm - he seemed genuinely just as excited to present me with the bouquet as I was to receive it! Last but not least, I really LOVED the magical dusting of golden sparkle highlights over the entire bouquet, which made the bouquet absolutely breathtaking! It was unlike anything I have ever seen!
