The customer service is incredible! I walked in not really knowing what service I needed but that I needed one. I dropped off the car after inspection got a phone call to go over the results. The thoroughness of the call made someone who isn't a car person understand what was going on with the car. They're honest about what needs to be handled and what can be held off unlike most places that want you to do everything all at once! Hello. I am writing this review based on my nightmare experience with this shop. I brought my vehicle in to have an alignment and suspension checked out. It was on Friday November 30. They diagnosed my vehicle and told me that they would lock my vehicle in the bay and start the work on Monday. I found out that they left my vehicle in the back of the building over the weekend. Not secured or locked. Cameras don't work on property. My vehicle was left outside all weekend. When I arrived the manager was very defensive. I paid the $60 to get my vehicle. Was very upset about being lied to about my vehicle being locked in the shop. After getting my keys and leaving. After driving not even a mile down the road. My vehicle was making a loud clanking noise from the rear. I immediately turned around and headed back to the shop. They refused to look at my vehicle after I paid for service. To see what is wrong. I called the Police to make a report of the incident.. After taking my vehicle to a certified shop afterwards. I found out that not only did I not need $2,800 like Full Line Autocare was attempting to charge me. That my brake caliper was hanging from the bottom inside the rear rim. There were no bolts at all .. This could of caused a hug problem had I not addressed this immediately. They took parts off, and never put the parts back on my vehicle.. I would NEVER TRUST A SHOP WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR INTEGRITY.. I encourage to really seek other options before visiting this shop. I was heading on a trip. Spent thousands on AC repair on my truck and every year it would break again. they kept claiming the "next time" it would work great. after rebuilding almost the entire system I kept it on low for a year even though I heard several noise. then finally it broke completely and it was 2 weeks after their "warranty" expired. I asked an employee to talk to John the owner about it and he said he would call me back. never did... shocker. I don't trust their work nor their customer service. In the September 2023 I brought a 2005 Ford freestar in for repairs. John Lee called me back and said there were so many problems that the van had absolutely zero value except for scrap. I gave him the title and exchange for the diagnostic fee. A few days later I bought an overpriced 2010 Ford focus. I did not do this because I trusted john. I did it because John was the brand new fleet mechanic for a family member. I figured there was no way he would be stupid enough to risk this new Cash cow by giving me a bad deal. Maybe I was wrong. I am not saying that John is a thief, or a liar, or an opportunist that preys on his customers, and I'm not saying he has a shop full of inept mechanics that do shoddy incomplete work. But if you bring your vehicle to full line Auto you can determine this for yourselves. Although I highly advise you to go elsewhere. read more

I would not recommend anyone to come to this shop. Only good thing about this place is probably the friendliness of Paul (Desk Guy). Other than that, they don't seem to care about saving people money. I was being charged about $170 for a leak down test. I recommended they also do a compression test. Turns out it was going to be the same price, so why didn't they try and consider me that in the first place? If I would've done the leak down test and paid, then recommended I do a compression test, they would've charged me again no doubt. Very inconsiderable. On another note, I first came and paid for a pressure test on my coolant system and it turned out nothing was wrong hence they recommended a leak down test. I went to Honda after I tuned down the leak down test and they did find the cooling system was not keeping its pressure threshold. Waste of money on this shop. I recommend anyone to just go a shop that specializes in your car's make because they told me they work on anything and that should've been my warning to just go to a Honda shop instead. read more

I came to NAPA auto care on Friday to get a PPI - prepurchase inspection on a vehicle I was looking to buy. But before I came I called and spoke with Josue. Even though they closed in an hour, he told me I could still come right away and they would help me out. Right when I pulled up I was greeted by Josue himself, he was very cool & friendly and knowledgeable I joked with him that the shop being so close to the dealership that they were probably in cahoots lol. But he assured me that they were not and he was going to tell me the absolute truth about the vehicle. He did just that checked out the entire car from hood to bumper and gave me his honest opinion. The best part is by checking in I received 15% off. His inspection saved me from buying a vehicle that still need that work done. I'm definitely coming back to Napa auto parts and recommending it to anyone who's looking for a great, affordable,!and honest ppi inspection or any service on your vehicle really. read more

I was stranded with a brake caliper issue on my work truck. John was kind enough to clear a bay and take a look. He said a brake inspection would be $60.00, but would be refunded if work was approved. I was 60 miles from home and in a jam. His estimate seemed outrageous, but I felt as though I had no choice. I Have no issue with the price of the parts other than the cost of two cans of brake fluid. They did the work and when they pulled the vehicle out of the shop, I noticed brake fluid leaking onto the pavement...! They dealt with that, but I had to wonder how they missed it when bleeding the system...? They got me on my way right at closing time and I was appreciative of their help. That being said, I am still reeling over the cost...!!! As I review the bill I notice that I was DOUBLE or even TRIPLE billed for the labor...! Unethical and not right. John took advantage of someone in a bad situation. Nice guy, but not someone I would do business with again. read more

I saw this shop driving by it and stoped by to get some transmission work done. They share the building with Napa auto parts. The "mechanic" couldn't find a dipstick for my transmission. Well my transmission doesn't have one, most newer cars don't. This mechanic did not know that. I was quoted one price and up charged at the end. They also lied to me about needing brake work done (My breaks were replaced a month ago). They disconnected my brake sensors on purpose to sell me a break service. Another shop reconnected them. The staff here exemplify dishonesty. Stay away from these folks. read more

All they do is scam people!!!! I think it is sick how sexist mechanics are. I should not have to bring a man in this place with me not to get overcharged for things. I only needed my brakes done and they lied to me saying there were 5 nails in my tire and that all four tires needed replacing and that my car was so bad my caliper and rotor would need replacing as well. Which was a lie!! The man told me off bat that if he was going to change my brakes to not be surprised if he had to change my calipers which is a coincidence that now my bill would be close to 1000$!!! When I told him I'd call my spouse then he told me he'd lower the price just to try to get me to not call for a males advice. Why is that? If it is as bad as you say why would you lower the price? THEN TRIED TO CONVINCE ME TO APPLY FOR THEIR CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR IT!!! SICK!!!! He knew that I had my child with me and that I was desperate at the time. Now and days it's hard to live as it is so what makes you think I have thousands of dollars to waste... He told me it was so bad that he didn't feel comfortable letting me drive it home and made me sign a paper!!! But somehow I was able to drive it to Alabama to allow my uncle to fix it where he confirmed that yes indeed they were trying to scare and overcharge me because I was a woman who doesn't know much about cars!!! I also overheard one of the employees or whoever he was telling someone in training not to tell clients certain things because that would keep them from coming back or basically have them go do it on their own meaning they keep certain things secret so they can keep you and charge you through the roof for simple things!!! When I first started coming here with my mom years ago this place had genuine people now they have money hungry people. Not to mention they purposefully mess things up in your car to try to force you to get it replaced and overcharge you!! You can go in for a simple oil change and all of a sudden you need thousands of dollars worth of work done. You bring your car and it'll be sitting for about a day or two and when you ask for updates they still "never know" or haven't even touched it yet!!! Turns out Sal and his brother just partnered with the owners of this Napa Auto Repair service. I've been going to Sal and his brother for several years and you will not get more honest and hard working mechanics anywhere. It's like having a friend of the family taking care of your car. Very disappointed today. Called early this morning trying to come in the morning, but was told I should come in the afternoon because of an early morning appt they had. I agreed. Before the conversation was finished, I was asked if I could hold on for a sec....I was on hold forever until I eventually hung up. I came in this afternoon at 1pm, and was initially told they were booked up...that's until I pushed further. When I installed my front brakes late last year, I asked for a quote on installing a customer provided back brakes, informing them I would be back in 2018. I was told $110. Today I was told $160, and after me pushing regarding the appt time the price changed to $220. 3 different price changes on brakes. This morning I was told $72 for a wheel alignment, and when I got there $120. It seems the previous personelle at this location has changed, because we never had this issue over the years. Between me, my girlfriend, and my brother, we have been here at least 7 times. This is very disappointing. read more

Came here to get my front rotors and break pads changed. I own a mercedes coupe, and the service was as proficient as any Mercedes dealership would have been. It was obviously way better priced than the dealership, and the 10% off further put a smile on my face. I was allowed to bring in my original manufacturer parts. I was pleased enough that 2 weeks later I took my girlfriend's car in for a rear break pad service. I'm writing this review 4 weeks later, and there has been no issues at all. It's safe to say that I probably won't have to rely on the dealerships for purely maintainable needs. read more

The office manager even gave me a ride so I wouldn't have to ask my roommate (who works nights) to get up early to follow me to the shop. These guys are top notch!
