The Canada family has been caring for my vehicle for the past 8 years. It's incredibly hard to find an honest, competent mechanic - I'm thankful I found these guys many years ago. They do much more than just tires, so don't let the name fool you. Let's face it, most of us don't know squat about cars and their mechanical systems. We're an easy mark. Carlisle Canada has actually turned my vehicle away multiple times for services I thought it needed, but turns out it didn't. Other mechanics would simply perform the unnecessary work and charge an outrageous fee. That has forever sold me on using Canada Tire as my mechanic for life. These guys do great, honest work. I went CTC to have my car that I was giving to my brother fixed. They done a great job. A little pricey but like they say you get what you pay for. Been going to this tire store for at least 10 years. Drive a long way from Marietta because I like the consistent attention to detail that this tire store offers. Nice waiting room and bathroom as well as free wifi. They always explain everything and are courteous and reasonable with their pricing. Carlylse , the owner, checks out the car for me, driving it when it's finished just to be sure it's as it should be. I've gone to other tire stores only to drive home out of balance. Never happens there. I've had extensive work done on my car. They do everything here. I checked pricing other places and they are always competitive. I've always been one to drop my car at the dealership when there's been a problem. Off it goes, and then a little while longer I get a call with someone telling me "your cars needs this, your car needs that, and so on". In the back of my mind I'm wondering "does it really need all that?".. This time, when I had a vibration from a tire, I tried Canada Tires for the first time. What a great place! I met the owner (and his wife), and after describing the problem, Caryle said "let me take a look at it. Maybe it will be an easy fix" . A short while later it was corrected and at a cost much lower than the dealerships. Very nice and personable owners. Really felt like they cared about their customers and their quality of work. Will definitely use Canada Tire for our future car (and truck) needs because I feel I can trust these people (and that's not something you can say about every repair shop!)
