I inquired about the replacement of the cabinet base beneath the kitchen sink through Yelp. The renters in my rental property had allowed a leak to completely destroy the particle board. It was so warped that I could not make it work myself and I don't have all the saws and tools it required to attempt to fix it myself. Matt and Tahnee were quick to respond and I went with them even though they only had one review, and I'm glad I did. They kept me informed about the process and provided a video walk through when the work was done. I feel the price charged was fair, and it saved me from trying to figure out what to do myself. He also fixed an old drywall hole that had been in the back wall under the sink for the last 13 years at no additional cost. Better than expected. Thank you Full Nest for a quality job. read more

From the moment of contact, Matt was professional and reliable. I'm an out-of-state owner of a rental house and cannot be onsite so it's easy for contractors to cut corners but still charge top dollar for their work. This was not the case with Full Nest Remodel and Repair. The estimates I had received for a very small, 40 sq foot bathroom floor repair/install were exorbitant. I kept looking and found Full Nest. Matt was courteous and communicative through the whole process of selecting the materials needed to the day of the install. He fulfilled my request of sending me videos of the project in progress, narrating the process so I knew what was going on every step of the way. Once the damaged flooring was removed, it was revealed that the joists needed to be reinforced before installing the new subfloor. Matt did not cut corners in order to finish the job in the usual 8 hour day by ignoring this fact and installing the new floor anyway without shoring up the joists. Instead, he worked well into the evening so that when he left the family of three had a functioning bathroom. (It's the only bathroom in the 800 sq. foot house.) He returned the next day to do the finishing work of replacing the baseboards. The best part about working with Matt was seeing his integrity in action. Even though the job took longer than anticipated, Matt never approached me saying I will need to pay more than the agreed amount in order for him to complete it. And, best of all, he went above and beyond by making sure the young family had a working bathroom for the night. Full Nest is now in my Rolodex for any future projects that come up and Matt will be my first call. read more

With more than five years of hands-on experience maintaining, repairing, and upgrading our own home, I’ve completed every service we offer—personally, repeatedly, and with pride. When I asked them why on earth it takes them five days, they simply told me that they provide iPhone materials and that if I go anywhere else my screen won't work. So... didn't answer my question. I ended up going to Lynn's, and it was a little more than $100 and they had it ready and perfect in 90 minutes. I was also informed that the reason the other place takes 5 days is because they ship it in to apple, they don't even do the repair themselves. He was able to give me a quote over text and could come out the next day!!! All of the other companies that bothered to reply couldn't come out for a week or more, and they gave a "starting" bid. Phil kept in constant communication with me. He let me know when he was on his way and when he would be arriving. He even arrived a little earlier than the window given. He walked the perimeter of the house, looked at all of my concerns, explained that what I thought were box elder were actually another beetle (no red x on their back). I knew of one area where wasps were getting in under the patio ceiling, and soffit around the house. Phil not only hit the entire perimeter of the house, yard, trees, and area where I knew the wasps to be, but he hit the entire soffit everywhere there was space to spray. He offered to come inside the house and spray all of window frames, but I didn't think it necessary. Needless to say, we had bug graveyards surrounding the house within a day. I did notice a few stragglers after about 5 days and when I asked him about it, he said he'd be out to do a second treatment. Full disclosure we have a lot of trees, of which some are growing over the house touching the roof above the window I noticed a few (like three instead of thirty) bugs hanging around. He offered to come inside and this time I said yes. He wore protective slippers over his shoes and hit every window in and door upstairs and down.
