The price was fair and I was actually asked to pay less than quoted because they didn't have to complete a portion of the process, but instead I asked for help leveling a different tv and gladly paid the full quoted amount. Zach was extremely professional both in returning my call for a request for AV installation and in scheduling something quickly to get it done, doing in on a Saturday, the day after I inquired, to coincide with another job he had in the area. My installation was not a big ticket service item but he treated it as though it was and got my AV system installed and TV rehung quite quickly.
