I first tried it a while ago and remember feeling a little intimidated, but still had a great experience. After moving back to the area, I decided to give it another shot...and I'm so glad I did. Everyone is incredibly welcoming. The instructors (shoutout to Julieta, Emma & Katie Z!!!!) go out of their way to learn your name and get to know you, which makes the experience feel very personal and encouraging. It's such a supportive environment, whether you're new or have been going for a while. The studio is located in a really pretty area with plenty of parking, and the lockers make it easy to drop your things and head straight into class. They also offer a Rapid Access Pass (4 classes for $64), which is an amazing value and makes it easy to stay consistent. I can't recommend this place enough!! I'm already looking forward to my next class.

I ended up with the Elite membership going twice per week and paid the additional class for quite some time... During this time I was going to PT for runners knee. After doing the rower, my runner's knee healed on its own! The coaches are great! They will ask if anyone had any injuries and help you adjust to any workouts. In 7 weeks I dropped two sizes! People around me saw the results and asked what I was doing... All I did was send them my referral link. ;) As long as you focus on yourself and goals ... it's not so bad! It can be intimidating at first and a lot to learn all the verbiage and the structure of the class. Just show up and keep going. All the coaches are great here! Don't feel bad for going at your own pace! I don't. ;) Love the perks of a membership! You can go to ANY location with no extra fees! There's only a few that will charge extra.

It was a group class, which is great for motivation and some comradery. Because I was new, the coach paid attention to me to ensure my form was right. There was a little pressure to join after the free class - but because I liked it so much, I joined. I like that the gym has different plans based on how many times a week you come. There's nothing as bad as paying for services you don't use. I'm a happy member and can't wait for my fitness to improve this year!

Recently joined this gym since it is super close to my house and offers classes included with the…read moremembership. I really enjoy the fact that its smaller and you don't feel like you are working out with the masses of humanity. There are always a variety of machines and equipment available no matter what time I have gone in. The gym is always super clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I am not a person who has ever loved to work out or a considered myself gym rat, but this gym makes working out a pleasant experience.

She was very knowledgeable about the equipment and what the gym offered. In fact, many of the ambassadors that I did spoke to over the phone has been informative and very friendly. They do not rush for you to sign up for a membership. In fact, you can sign up as member and do a trial seven day and cancel anytime. You can also become a member and cancel anytime with a 30 days notice. There are so many options, if plans change and need to remove members from your account or add. Group classes for various of times throughout the day and trained lifeguards for the pool areas. it appears to be safe within the facilities. This is a convenient day spa to unwind and relax. I joined about 4 months ago and for the most part I am pleased with many things except for the…read morefollowing: 1. The hygiene: many of the members do not wipe the equipment clean after using. In one example not only the half-used bottle of water was left behind on the treadmill, there were food crumbs on it. In another example an underwear was hung on the wall of a women's bathroom stall. Unfortunately despite repeated reporting to the manager/supervisor things are getting worse. 2. For almost $80 I pay for a locker, I am supposed to receive free laundry but practically I can't use this service because their laundry service destroyed one of my t-shirts and I was never compensated for it. 3. Their recovery room is closed for 1.5 hours (2:00-3:30) every business day which makes no sense. For the upscale club that this is supposed to be, the above issues should not exist.
