Avoid this place at all costs, it's extremely aggressive for no reason. Yanked clips clean off from grill. Wish I would've taken a picture of the bumper wedged under my car but was extremely upset at the sight of it and was focused on getting out of the way and putting my bumper back on. They said my oil filter cap was over tightened and rounded out. I now have to replace the cap because of their mistake. The person I spoke to was short with me and unhelpful. The last oil change they didn't even change the oil filter, and the oil itself didn't appear to be new. The new staff behind the counter are also unprofessional and disorganized. I called ahead to schedule an appointment, but when I arrived, they tried to reschedule me for another day instead of honoring the appointment I had already made. After years of being a customer, this was the final straw. The service quality has gone downhill, and my recent experiences have been a complete waste of time.
