I went in and shared what I thought was the issue on 2 occasions a week apart. Each time, they correctly and quickly identified the issue. Anthony was very stand up about the work that needed to be done and didn't just tell me, he invited me back into the shop to show and explain the issues. All told, I had my alternator, struts, sway bar links and tires replaced quickly and without issue. Additionally, for those worried about estimates they might give, they may say estimate, but that ended up being what I paid both times. There wasn't additional cost and there very clear about being greenlit before doing any work. And on top of it all, Anthony offered me a ride back home while the work was being done and then picked me up upon completion. He said to call the guy who sold him the tired to get warranty because "he pay for it as new" So I did, I have messages from where he bought it stating he new it was a old used tire and even asked for a discount because of the missing chunk on tire tread. He paid 250$ or less for the USED tire and sold to me as new. I will give him credit for coming at night time and getting me out of the road. I understand emergency services cost money, The reason I am devastated is because he SCAMMED me by telling me its a brand new tire when he new it was used and just wanted to make hundreds In proffit by ripping me off. First time I ever write a review, Just what an awful experience i had and hope This doesn't happen to any of my fellow truckers Nonetheless I believe this young man could have a profitable business by just being honest and not scamming hard working individuals. A dear friend of mine was displeased with the quality of service she was receiving from the business and posted her feelings in a respectful way on Facebook. Heather posted comments calling my friend (a well-employed college graduate) and other commenters "hoodrats" and then said she's "white and doesn't care" what others think. Prior to that point, NO ONE had mentioned race. Heather, apparently has it on her mind though and forgot that all money is green. All money matters, right? So take your money and spend it at a business who knows that and values customers of ALL kinds. THIS place isn't it. ETA 8/14/18; I just noticed that some man who admits to being unfamiliar with the issue decided to chime in and claim that Heather "isn't racist" (she most certainly IS racist and proudly admitted as much in the appalling comments she openly made on FB). Further, that same man decided to excuse Heather's unprofessional behavior by placing blame on the PAYING CUSTOMER. If that person is indicative of the kind of advice the management is getting about addressing serious issues with customer service and public behavior, then I'm utterly convinced this business needs to cease to exist. Even McDonald's will do what is required to keep customers happy (except, maybe, keeping the ice cream machines working ). Both I and Onstar try to call them and it goes to voicemail. How does a 24 hour business not pick up phone at 11:45 am? We try for the next 20 minutes, no answer and no response. I didn't get notified of the diagnosis until 4pm and couldn't get my car back until the next day. The humming noise could not be identified and suggested I change a tie rod. I thought this was the issue. I called on Tuesday morning to get an estimated time to pick up my car I was told 3pm. I arrived on time at 3pm since I had to get to work that evening, I was charged for the tie rod and sent on my way. Driving back home, I noticed the humming sound was still there and even louder. I looked at the repair bill and it stayed that the humming sound was possibly from the rear differential and could cost upwards of 2k dollars, I was shocked they didn't tell me this in person when I picked up the car. I called to get more information on this and they told me they could not exactly point out the source of the humming sound and that they were only 70% sure it was the rear differential. For 2k I wasn't sure if I could trust them to do the repairs given my experience so far. I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of solution finding to the problem I walked in with. About an hour later, I didn't feel safe with the car driving as is and called back asking to go ahead with the rear differential repair. They told me that they will shop around for parts and give me a call back. It is now Thursday and have not heard back from the shop. Terrible service. Go somewhere else
