After a recent 50 minute drive the "Check Tires" light on the dash went on. The next day I called Burns and they were able to take a look at the tires the same day. I drove over, handed John the keys and he pulled it into his bay at the rear of the garage. He quickly checked each tire and found that all of them had low psi. He filled each to the proper pressure and was done in 5 minutes. He drove my vehicle around to the front and handed me the key. No charge. I gave him a small token of my appreciation which brought a smile to his face and a strong sincere handshake. It is these little things (not to mention the big ones) that make Burns Auto Repair indispensable to my family and the rest of the Newtown community.

Pinned between the undercarriage service panel and the exhaust heat shield and precariously wedged over parts of the axel suspension. They sprung into action once we showed them the cats location and used the wheel lift bar to raise the front of the car fo enable safe access under the car. We were able to access and coax my cats pined back hips and hind legs and pull her down through the oil access panel and she is safe. Their professional attitude prevented any damage to the new car thanks to the care and protective coverings he put over the side panels to prevent scratching.
