Eric confirmed our appointment the day before, showed up a couple minutes early, and then he and Joe efficiently - very quickly, and carefully, unpacked a full-to-the-brim POD container. They assembled our bed for us, too. He charges a 2-hour minimum, and even though they were a little short of two hours for unloading everything and placing in the correct rooms across multiple levels, I felt we got a great value. They earned the few extra minutes based on their hustle. They were friendly, courteous, professional. I would definitely hire Full Service Moving again, and would recommend to my friends and family. I needed help moving all my belongings into a 2-story home. One of those precious items is an antique upright piano. We've previously had piano movers say it was the heaviest piano they've moved. Highly recommend! Eric and Full Service Moving did a great job packing and moving our furniture from 3 storage units into our newly renovated home. They expertly negotiated doorways and stairs with heavy and large furniture, hooked up our washer and dryer, put our beds and dining table back together, and patiently stopped with every piece of furniture so that I could stick felt pads on the bottoms to protect our new flooring. Very positive experience from start to finish. I spoke to Eric on the phone and he came out the same day to look at my home, see what the move involved and gave me a written quote. I have a few antiques that are irreplaceable, and I was very concerned that they not be damaged. This was the best experience I have ever had with movers! Eric took my request last minute, found a way to fit me in, and did an amazing job! He and his brother were extremely professional, right on time, brought the equipment they needed and got right to work. They moved a very heavy gun safe using great care by using floor pads to not scratch my floor, and they did an excellent job at securing and moving it. They moved all my furniture, and even took the time to call me over and reposition my bed and dressers because I wanted the bed on another wall (us women, we can't decide lol!). The guys came on time with a large truck ready to work. Well, actually they arrived a minute early. That promptness set the stage for the rest of the expedient move. They worked hard and got our 2-bedroom household moved from Point A to B in about 5 hours. A lifetime of memories moved for this senior couple in a safe, orderly fashion. This was actually the second moving company I called. The first on had their availability listed online so I selected a date in the afternoon (since I had a pod delivery coming in the morning and they don't confirm the pod delivery until a day prior). So to hedge my bets, I chose an afternoon delivery to give the pod time to arrive before the movers. With the first company, I had a guy mansplain to me how they couldn't do an afternoon delivery even though it was listed online as available. He convinced me to take a next day appointment even though I told him I was moving from an appartment and didn't like keeping the pod there for an extra day since it was an inconvenience to the entire complex to have to take up so many parking spaces. It just didn't sit well with me. I researched other movers and came across Full Service Movers. Eric (the owner) was super fast to respond!!!!! He has excellent communication skills and there was no mansplaining going on. I explained my situation to have movers come in the afternoon so I could have the pod picked up the next day. It was quick, easy and painless. I could tell he was competent and this would go well. I was not disappointed. This was my first time using a moving service, and I am SO impressed with Eric and Full Service Moving. Moving is usually exhausting and chaotic, but they made it really easy! They were prompt and professional, and super efficient. They had lots of fancy pads and wraps and straps that ensured that all of my breakables remained unbroken. They even moved my grandma's (ridiculously heavy and awkward) dresser/mirror/vanity combo up and down two narrow flights of stairs flawlessly! Highly recommend them. Eric was very quick and professional with communication. He came out to look at what we had to move the very next day (and we are a good hour plus away from him) and scheduled us for Friday of the very same week (I think it was just 3 days later). Their arrival was supposed to be between 9 and 9:30 and they actually arrived a few minutes before 9. Both Eric and Matt were very professional. They worked at a very good and consistent pace. I never once felt like they were rushing and putting my stuff in any danger or that they were slacking and going slow. Eric's estimate was for 5 hours. It ended up being 6 which I felt was reasonable especially considering that it was very icy and slippery at my place. As I already mentioned, I highly recommend them and if I need movers again I will definitely use them. read more

The husband and I were moving from the North Valleys to the South end of town and 3 days before the move he decided he didn't want to move our bigger items on his own so he called Eric. That same day Eric came over to see what furniture and boxes we had and gave us a very reasonable quote. Months before this I called movers around town and got a quote double what Eric said! Eric and his team were so fast and efficient, they had our house loaded and unloaded faster than it would have taken us to load on our own. On top of that, we ran into an issue at the house that prevented us from moving anything downstairs until the next afternoon. Eric offered to come back the next day to help move those items! Eric , Todd and Joe did an excellent job moving all of our furniture to our new home. We had a mixture of old and new furniture, fitness equipment, televisions, kitchen appliances, etc. They had a really effective system going, and did it all in a short amount of time, while ensuring all of our stuff was where it should be and taken care of. Eric set up major appliances and communicated with everyone about where things should go. I have to commend Joe and Todd because we have some pretty heavy stuff lol but they showed no problem with any of it.
