We needed to find moving help on Tuesday to be finished by Friday a.m. Not ideal timing, but we had an emergency that changed our plans. I contacted on Tuesday and by Wednesday 11 a.m., the mover had agreed in writing to come Thursday morning early for our small job. I wrote around 6 p.m. to confirm the exact time only to discover the mover wasn't coming. No notice and no explanation for why he hadn't contacted me other than to say he'd been busy that afternoon. Then it got weird. When I asked how he could cancel last minute like this with no explanation and no notice, he tried to gaslight me by saying it was my fault for booking last minute. There was no mention of this being too last minute when he'd agreed to do the move earlier. Also, super ironic for a company called "Anytime Anywhere"! Not sure what changed in the time since we'd talked. Our job was small and now he had a very early big move the next day. Maybe our booking so late bothered him so much he couldn't take it, and he'd decided to teach us a life lesson about planning by being a no-show. :D Not sure...in any case, see the screenshots and judge for yourself if you would trust this company with your business.
