This was the first time I had my haircut there. Didn't like having to wait over 20 minutes for my appointment and being taken right to the shampoo bowl with no consultation what so ever. When I was brought back to the chair my stylist wanted to start cutting my hair with no consultation about what I wanted. It ended up not being a bad haircut but just an okay haircut. When I looked at my feet there was polish on my skin and one nail was completely smudged. The poor lady employee next to me tried to fix it the best she can. When I went to pay the man was at the register and I expressed my dissatisfaction. We crabbed at me that I should have let him know! Well I never saw him after he was "done" so pretty hard to let him know. He was very unfriendly and I just needed to leave at that point. I mentioned that their pedicure was short and she said they do 16 min total for scrub/massage for each foot. How is it possible that I was in and out in 35 min total with needing old gel taken off and new gel polish put on. Disappointing when this is your source of self care. Also I picked a polish that didn't show up too well and we made sure I was on the same page for what I wanted. You can tell they want to give you a quality pedi! I wasn't even the one bringing it up either so I appreciated that. Easy payment and I was on my way out in 1.25 hours. I wanted that attention to detail and care so I was happy! if you're in a rush I am sure they can meet your expectations.
