Right off the bat, the woman on the phone was so sweet, polite, and was able to answer all of my questions in a heartbeat. Instead of having to wait a week to schedule my appointment they had openings the same week! I ended up scheduling for 2 days out. When the day arrived, I drove to the office using google maps. It was very easy to find since the side of the building said Hulse Orthodontics. The parking lot was very spacious and had ample parking available. Right when I walked in, I was so amazed by the interior design. It was so modern, rustic, and comfortable. Basically - nothing like all the other dental offices I've been to. Instead of a dental office, I felt like I was in a new home showing. I could tell that the office was very kid friendly because there was a separate section for arcade games, what?! I walked up to the front desk and the woman already knew it was me even though it was my first time! I had already filled out the forms beforehand so I handed her those and got checked in within a minute. After about 3-5 minutes, another staff member grabbed me to go do all of my scans. This is a predominantly female staffed office FYI. Everyone was super nice and seemed to enjoy working at this office. ********************* ORTHO CONSULT: I can go on and on about my experience, but I just wanted to say that Janelle and Dr. Hulse was AMAZING during the consult. They told me the good, the bad, and what I should expect. Janelle was so knowledgeable and answered all of my teeth and insurance questions without any hesitation. Overall every staff member I met today were very kind, smart, and professional. I wish they did general dentistry here too, but unfortunately only orthodontia. I saw a lot of kid, teen, and adult patients so I know that this office is popular for all ages. Overall, I am going to recommend this office to every single person I know. The customer service here was absolutely amazing. I could have gone to a different ortho office to get my treatment for a smaller, lower price, but I am happy to pay for the customer service and informative treatment here.

If you have questions they will seek to answer them. If your child is unsure, they will talk and explain the procedure patiently. This location has a laser so that helps with recovery and avoiding numbing and child can have lunch directly afterwards, no waiting. They give your child a reusable gift bag with toothbrush and toothpaste and stuffy in it. And your child can chose a little toy each visit which helps little ones look forward to the dentist instead of fearing it. The waiting area has a play house with lots of books and toys and a regular sitting area for parents n older siblings to sit comfortably. They also have a tv in waiting room and in waiting area inside and above dental chairs so kids can be focused on a show of their choosing during the cleaning or procedure. There's several dentist at this location and they allow you to see who is available first or who you prefer. We are new so we do not have a preference but I like that they have that option.

They are very fast, which can be a good thing, or can be bad (if they miss something). To be clear and transparent, I have finally finished my programs and have my braces off, praise the Lord. I recently went back because of the permanent, inside wires became loose and had to have it reglued. I was upset that they were not transparent with their pricing. I was told a certain price over the phone and they said I could decide whether to move forward with the process or not, but when they took me in and the Orthodontist had already reviewed my mouth and the broken piece, at that point, I was charged for the consultation and could not go back. I wish I had known that it would be $240 to repair, I would have checked somewhere else first.
