    Full Spectrum Plumbing came to my rescue over New Year's Weekend. Marc Gallo, one of the owners has been my plumber for years and has always been good to me. New Year's weekend, Charles had Kyle come out to fix my plumbing problem. An old+ old pipes = major headaches. Kyle spent most of his New Year's weekend fixing these old pipes.     I called around 3:30 and by 5:30, my problem was fixed. Thank you Kyle at FS Plumbing. My hard would've been flooded without him!

They were nothing special. But the Master toilet's loose-fitting valve seranaded us multiple times each day in a pitch best appreciated by dogs. That's what prompted our call initially. My partner was fine with the rebuilt toilets, but I noticed a couple of things that I worried about - mostly related to pressure and power in the flush. Henley's was happy to accommodate my concerns, sending David Casillas, who we met at our previous appointment, to check things out. He took the time to look at each toilet and adjust some things and explain what I was hearing and seeing. He went so far as to snake the Master toilet, saving me from the struggle of getting our snake in the right position to do job correctly. David was also kind enough to remove HVAC-system filter because I forgot what size our filter was. YaY. How helpful for something that wasn't even in his "jurisdiction" or specialty!! The guys always send a text when they're on their way; they arrive within the service window, and if an issue or delay arises they advise you. Everyone we've worked with is pleasant and explains things thoroughly (and if, like me, you might be clueless with some plumbing or HVAC concerns, they give you an explanation a lay person can understand and wrap their head around). Their prices are fair and reflect average prices in our area. We moved from our place with a longtime family plummer of 2 who we trusted and would arrive without fail in a plumbing crisis. While not a family plumbing company of two, Henley's gives the same care and attention to detail.

What should have been a straightforward thermostat reinstallation and programming job turned into a nearly week-long ordeal defined by poor communication, lack of preparation, and zero follow-through. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was thorough. I mentioned the building is two storeys and that the technician would likely need a long ladder to access the rooftop compressors. I also specifically requested to be contacted directly if anything changed or if unexpected costs came up. Simple enough, right? The day of the appointment, the technician was scheduled to arrive between 10 and 12 PM. By noon, no one had shown up and no one had called. I reached out myself, only to be told he was running late on another job and wouldn't arrive until 2 PM at the earliest. A courtesy call would have gone a long way. Instead, I sat waiting with no update whatsoever. When he finally arrived, there was no direct communication from him either. I had to ask my tenant to pass along a message to have him call me. He confirmed the issue was exactly what I had described when booking: a thermostat that needed to be reprogrammed and rewired. Progress, finally. Or so I thought. A short while later, my tenant informed me the technician had left without completing the job. The reason? He hadn't brought a long enough ladder to access the roof, the very thing I had flagged when I made the appointment. The next day came and went. No technician, no call, no update. I later learned he was unwilling to go onto the roof without a second technician for safety reasons, a policy I can respect, but one that should have been communicated to me immediately and not left to surface on its own. By Friday, I called customer service to get answers. I was told they'd call me back once they heard from the technician. Three hours passed and nothing. I called again. Same answer. Hours later, I called a third time. Still the same response. I eventually gave up, called another company, and they resolved the issue the very next day. As of writing this review, I still haven't received a single callback. Not an apology, not an explanation, not even an acknowledgment that any of this happened. At this point, the message is loud and clear: they simply don't need your business. And after this experience, they won't be getting mine.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

She scheduled us for the first available appointment at 8:00 a.m. the very next morning. Our technician, Alexis, arrived on time and was incredibly respectful and professional. He walked through the issue with my brother and father, performed a thorough assessment, and clearly explained exactly what was causing the problem. After a brief conversation with my brother, it was obvious that Alexis and All City Plumbing were the company we wanted to trust with the repair. Alexis was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He even showed us, using a camera scope, that our pipes were clear and free of tree roots. That gave us tremendous peace of mind and ended up saving us a lot of money by avoiding unnecessary work. The quality of service, honesty, and professionalism were outstanding. On top of that, the work is backed by a one-year warranty, which gives us even more confidence in the repair. We will absolutely be calling All City Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.     If I could give Tri City Plumbing 0 stars I would. Where to even start. I contacted Ramon and his…read moreteam because of a leak that we were having from our second floor shower. We were also having issues with a sink P-Trap and hot water not coming out from the same shower where the leak was. Ramon sent out a plumber, named Fernando, who opened a hole in our drywall and after a couple of mins of eyeballing the area, he determined that the leak was coming from an old seal on the shower overflow. He also said that the issue with the hot water was coming from a cartridge issue and that he would fix it. All together for the P-Trap, seal replacement, and cartridge replacement I was charged $600 after receiving a $100 discount for paying all cash. Fast forward to now, our shower knob broke due to a faulty cartridge. It was an old, broken cartridge that Fernando installed which caused the knob to break. The leak? Never fixed. We patched up the drywall and after a couple of weeks started noticing water stains in the same area again. I reached out to Ramon regarding the leak and he said he would get back to me with info on when they could come back out but then went unresponsive. Since he wasn't responsive after I reached out about the leak, my wife reached out to him from her # about the cartridge issue and he asked her to send pictures and that he would fix it if it was their fault. Pictures were sent and we followed up with him multiple times just for him to ignore our calls/texts and send us to voicemail. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I now find myself looking for another plumbing company on here to help with the leak that they never fixed, and ended up paying an additional $189 for a whole new kit to replace the cartridge and damaged water knob

    This review is for the customer service and possible discrimination…read more I used the company website to book two separate maintenance services for my primary home and a rental I own. I was requested to provide a credit card for the rental without even knowing what the services or costs would entail, so I refused to provide one and they just didn't show up for either of the scheduled services, nor provided a courtesy call. This morning, I tried to schedule a service again for my primary home (not the rental), and while there were available times on the website, I received a call demanding a credit card again saying my address was linked to a rental. I restated multiple times that the service I was requesting was NOT for the rental and the lady kept bringing up the rental. She finally said she would 'redflag' the rental address, schedule me for my primary home and would check to see if there were available times. She came back in 2 seconds and said there were no available times that she would place me on a waitlist. I informed her there were still slots listed on her website, and she said they are all gone now. I just went back to the company's website scheduling portal and they have several openings as early as 3/6. I feel this lady is discriminating against me or wanting to commit fraud by demanding a credit card without even quoting me on anything or getting details on the service requested. I am deeply disappointed and would caution people from soliciting services from this company. I had been receiving the company's flyer for over a year now and was finally excited to call because of the reviews and pricing listed on flyer. I am shocked at the lady who schedules and the demands for a credit card only to me. I had someone else try to schedule and a credit card was not demanded. I will take my business elsewhere.
