Contacted them through Yelp early afternoon for a water heater replacement. They asked for a couple of photos and called me back with information and a price quote. I was intially shocked because the cost of water heaters has gone up alot in the last 6 years. It turned out their price was excellent. There was only one other company that could meet that price but Jeff said they could get someone out this afternoon. Sam was the plumber and he was amazing. Water heater went out night before only cold water and two sick kids at home and they were able to come out first thing the next morning and replace my 20+ year old heater with the same one in 2 hrs. Service here is definitely 10/10. They really care about the customers and making sure they are happy. They don't try to upcharge you or scam you either. The pricing is 8/10. Definitely not the most expensive...but definitely not the cheapest either. They are really knowledgeable when it comes to repairing water heaters and figured out my issue super fast. I would've never known it was a little light on my water heater that needed to be replaced. Tip I learned: pay with cash or check. They will charge you a credit card fee. read more

Finally a company that does business right and communicates well throughout the entire experience! I tend to have high customer service expectations being raised by two old women (one older than the other) and even though I am Gen X I really value so many of the old ways; courtesy, picking up a phone, a smile... etc. It's honestly equally as important to me as the service itself. Called late last week and they had good ol' Pete out to me ASAP and not only did he have manners my grandmother's would approve of but he fixed our old water heater fast. He could have told me anything and oversold me to get a new one but instead he was honest and told me it was an easy fix and bam- done. The guy who repaired my water heater was awesome. He was super informative and really nice. He used good quality products, so I know it'll last me a long time. Thankfully what he fixed was pretty inexpensive. They will give you a call before they are coming over so you know when to expect them at your place exactly. Everyone I spoke to was nice and patient and didn't seem to mind taking the time to explain things to me. Not to mention, I'm a curious person and the man who came to my home, Pete, was really nice and humored me in answering some of the questions I had. They also have great prices. I am, by no means, a rich person so the price tag matters when I'm shopping for services. I called a lot of places for quotes but Mr. Water Heater beat them all. Mr. Water Heater saved me from a tough spot. I needed my water heater fixed and called another place to come and fix it. When they came out they quoted me a more expensive price then what they originally said then they were going to need a week before they could get me a new water heater. I ended up calling around to see if I can get another quote and didn't want to wait a week. When I called Mr. Water Heater and spoke to Caleb he gave me a better price then the other place and guaranteed he could get it installed in the next day. When they came out the guys were friendly and even Caleb showed up personally. Everything was installed quickly and I was back to having hot water. I had called a few people and Mr. Water Heater was quick to respond and help our family out. We woke up to cold water and needed our water heater fixed right away. I called that evening and left a voicemail. Their receptionist called me back the next morning and said she could have someone out by the end of the day after their other jobs were done. Okay so I usually don't write Yelp reviews unless i'm really satisfied with the service, but wow - the experience I had with Mr. Water Heaters was amazing and it's definitely something worth sharing! I was thinking about calling some of my family members about a water heating problem I had after I took a shower and the shower turned from hot to super cold. I literally didn't know what to do and because hot water wasn't coming out from my shower or bathroom/kitchen sink, I knew I had to get help fast. I decided to call Mr. Water Heater, and I spoke with the kindest lady. In a matter of minutes, she was able to schedule me an appointment in an hour. The plumber ended up arriving right on time which was really important for me as I had a busy day ahead. The plumber was super kind and kept to himself most of the time. He finished earlier than he estimated, and he explained to me what went wrong, gave me instructions on if it happens again, etc. After he left, I couldn't help but write a review. One of the main reasons I was drawn into calling them was their great reviews. Well their reviews stand true!! They really are that great and deserve the 5 stars!! Let me start off by saying that we probably all take our hot water heater for granted because you don't realize how important it is until you have to take a cold shower lol. So when I finally decided to call a plumber I went with them for their great reviews and because they called me back late one a Friday night. Not only that but they also got me in the next day which was of course a Saturday. I was worried I was going to have to wait all the way until Monday to get anyone out to my home. The plumber was super personable and really respected me and my home. I really appreciated how kind he was. The hot water heater had two parts that needed to be repaired and it was all done! It is so nice to have hot water again. Like I said I cant believe how much I took it for granted. I had noticed that our water pressure wasn't very good and thought that our water heater was starting to go out. It just wouldn't get nearly as hot as it used to get. We were worried that it would go out any day and finally when I took a shower last week it went cold and it never was able to get back to being hot. I decided to do some calling around and I really liked these guys! They were funny and super personable. After talking to one of their plumbers for about 10 minutes he said he could come over to replace our water heater the next day. What was nice is that he was available almost the entire day so it was easy to get an appointment. It's so nice having a new water heater and I wish I would've called them sooner!
