The menu is not only enticing but hysterically clever: The Truth; Full of It; Plead the 5th; Blago; Fulla Bologna. Coffee beans aren't harsh or burnt; Chai isn't too sweet. We were on the way to Schaumburg and looking for a coffee shop. My wife found this one in her search, so we stopped in. We like trying new coffee places, especially places that are not chains. This is a cute little coffee shop in a quaint part of town. There's even a nice park and fountain adjacent to the shop. The interior is pretty nice with comfortable seating. The menu includes a good number of food items and drink selections, and they also have some sweet treats in the front counter. I ordered a medium cappuccino, and my wife ordered a latte with a shot of vanilla. The capp was pretty good. Decent foamed milk and I believe it was topped with cinnamon, which was a nice touch. My wife also thought her latte was decent; nothing extraordinary, but certainly not bad. Service was friendly, and pricing was reasonable. read more

I love this place! Definitely my go-to when I'm feeling burnt out on Starbucks. Aside from their coffee, they have a large sandwich menu with so many options, as well as a salad menu & specialty milkshakes. My usual order is a benedict arnold sandwich & a large iced cold brew with caramel (flavor) & cream (they have insulated pitchers of cream on a counter nearby which I love, you can make your drink just the way you like it). I just had lunch at full of beans. I had an excellent kale salad with tuna. The portion was very generous, and the quality was outstanding. I topped it off with an awesome espresso macchiato. Both of the owners were there. They introduced themselves and were the kindest people I have met in a long time, thank God this place open and Itasca we needed it. I'd like for them to survive as it's a nice spot in Itasca during my daily commute, but the selection is not great and prices for certain items are INSANE! Owners seem friendly. However your experience depends on who you get at the register. I've had one that read off the entire menu as I was just looking at the menu trying to decide. It was like walking into a used car dealership. They have a small selection of donuts that look depressing and I have no clue where they're from. So excited to see something move into this location! I ordered a coffee this time, but will be back to try the food, as it looked tasty. The shop is very new, so it's hard to fault them for this and I think it's an easy fix, but the order/pick up is not clear so you have tons of people standing around the same area, around the door - either ordering, waiting to order, waiting to pick up, or staring at the menu like a tourist stares at the sears tower lol. This led to 2 groups cutting me in line, which was annoying, but I also had no where to be so not a big deal. My suggestion is having a sign over the register and over the pick up area and maybe adding something that denotes a line starts there like line dividers. The staff was incredibly friendly, which I admired because a few of the customers waiting came off rude, but they kept a smile on their face :). They do not have their milks posted so I did have to ask, but they do have plenary to choose from, it's $0.75 for an alternative milk which seems like a pretty typical price. Ordered an iced mocha with almond milk. It was very tasty, but I felt like the espresso flavor was very over powered by the chocolate syrup - I'm sure some people prefer that, just not me lol. Chance (my dog) and I have been to probably more then 30 coffee shops, all of which have treated us well, but NONE have compared to the staff at fulla beans. They are kind, welcoming, friendly.
