I hate writing negative reviews, especially because I've been a customer here for years. In fact,…read moreI've purchased three phones from them this year alone and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, you don't really find out how a business treats its customers until something goes wrong. I was a happy customer until I actually needed their help. That's when you find out what a business is really like. I purchased an iPhone for my elderly grandmother. She tried using it for a couple of weeks but ultimately decided it was too complicated and wanted to keep her old phone. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the device. it was still in like-new condition. I had the receipt and everything Before purchasing, I understood there was a 30-day warranty. What I wasn't told was that the "warranty" only covers repairs, not returns if a customer simply changes their mind. While that may be their policy, it's an incredibly unfriendly one for a business selling used phones. Instead of accepting a like-new phone back into inventory, they left me with a $500 phone that I now have to photograph, list, negotiate over, and sell myself. They could have easily resold it, but instead they chose to make it the customer's problem. I noticed several other reviews where people had similar concerns, and the responses are mostly some version of, "We're sorry you feel that way." At some point, it stops sounding like customer service and starts sounding like a pattern. I won't be buying my next phone here. Not because of the product, but because customer service matters most when something doesn't go exactly as planned.

DO NOT GO HERE. You will get scammed!…read more We will be filing a consumer protection complaint with the NM Attorney General. Here's the link for anyone who has had a bad experience to submbit a complaint: https://secure.nmdoj.gov/ecs They break your phone, ignore you for weeks, and refuse refunds. They replaced my screen on July 4th but the under-display fingerprint sensor no longer worked. I took it back a week later, was told they'd order a new part and replace the screen, AGAIN, and call me when it came in. I waited 3 weeks, called 3 times, no response. Returned to the store August 1st for a refund but they refused for the following reasons: 1: They claimed they couldn't calibrate the sensor because they aren't allowed to touch customer fingerprints. (The Google calibration tool uses a rubber piece, not a finger) #2: They openly admitted they install cheap aftermarket screens that "don't like to calibrate." #3: They claimed the screen and fingerprint sensor are separate issues. On a Pixel 7, the sensor is built directly into the screen assembly. #4: They told me it was my job as the customer to do the hardware calibration myself. They install cheap, incompatible parts, ignore your attempts to contact them, expect the customer to accept a new screen with non-working biometrics, and refuse to refund. As soon as…read moreshe saw my phone she knew all the prioir cosmetic stuff I did to it and told me all the issues from the outside. She literally stopped what she was doing and once she opened my phone she showed me all the missing plates in my phone that is designed to hold things in place like battery ect. She showed me all these loose screws inside the phone from the previous phone repair person. She was nice enough to put all the loose screws together and made sure all the wiring conectors were tight and not loose. Then my phone worked again!! Best part js she did not charge me at all!! Any place would charged you something or told me this phone part is bad and try to make money off you! Moral of the story is not to alway try to find the "cheapest" phone repair guy because they cut corners. Also I learned they actually use all OEM Apple parts thats why their prices may be more higher than the "cheaper" repair guy. Go ask to other phone repair guys if they use OEM apple parts. Also I discovered my iphone battery is starting to bubble and get swolleb, funny cause I just replaced the battery 3 months ago from a "cheaper price" phone repair guy!! Not only did she fix my phone she also educated me on the quality of work they provide!

I was in town visiting friends and asked for the nearest mall to get my phone repaired. I stopped by and they were more than happy to help me and informed me that it would be a quick fix. I stated " you ARE the repair shop" ..I was told I didn't understand what she was .. after 4 times of the same words..I got angry and said "you are the Fing repair shop"....left..went to Apple they couldn't do anything as "the REPAIR SHOP" was responsible. Spoke to 2 other local "repair" shops..who told me : 1) they had had similar issues brought by people from the same "repair(non repair shop) 2)i was told I had to buy another IPAD. It was ruined. . hundreds of dollars later....supposedly fixed....came home to my typing going to mandarin, battery (which was replaced) running out like it did before it was replaced....now I get some "box " on my screen that shows up out of nowhere... and also when they "repaired" it I've lost a lot of my stuff. After a lot of pushback from the owner I believed We left on good terms....and thought ..hoped..I had a repaired IPAD. I have put off writing this as I keep hoping all this too would resolve" NOPE...been there too many times..dealing with it every day this week. No point in taking it back. They got paid.
