I came here the first time with my iphone 4 to have the screen replaced which I felt was a simple enough job. I dropped it off and came back at the designated time only to be told that my home button was not functioning. They said that I probably brought it to them broken (which is untrue since I was using the phone up until I dropped it off) but that they would fix it anyways because they neglected to check it when I dropped it off. 3 full days later I get a call to pick up my newly non-cracked phone. About a week later, upon trying to use the camera for the first time I discovered that the phones flash had mysteriously stopped working. Fast forward to last week, my boyfriend dropped my Nexus 4 and cracked the screen. He does some research and finds that the only place in town with the right parts is Full Bars on the Westside. Without telling me, he brings it down for repairs. Of course they don't have it done by the designated time and even made him wait in the lobby for almost an hour before saying "just come back later". I received the shiny repaired phone then had a rather unpleasant time when I received my first call. The proximity sensor believed that my head was always near the phone and prevented me from ending calls or accessing the screen. After some research and a skilled tech hand, we dismantled it to find that they put the gasket on backwards around the sensor. On top of that, the Nexus 4 repair costs were nearly $200. If you like to have your time wasted, throw your money away, have your phone returned more broke than before , have good working parts replaced tp up the price, be called a liar, be refered to as "Bro," and be hung up on, this is your shop! Don't bother with this place. I'm sure there are WAY better guys out there than these clowns. You can also look them up on the Better Buisness Bureau and see a big fat "F" on their grade. read more

Worst customer service EVER. My son and I took his iPhone with a cracked screen in for a screen replacement on Saturday. My first warning signal should have been that they take cash only for the $89 repair. By that evening, my son was reporting that the new screen was popping out of the case at the top corners. We took it back in today, left it for an hour, and when we came back to pick it up, the screen was STILL popping out of the upper corners. This was NEVER a problem with the original screen. We asked the tech to fix it, and he said that the screen was considered fully functional and thus there was nothing else they could do -- other than us spending $89 more to purchase another screen and try it again. He said this was his manager's policy. When I asked how I could reach the manager (named Dat), the tech said he doesn't keep regular hours. Full Bars, you are LAME. Shame on you. read more

I have been going to Fullbars for all of my cell phone repairs now for the past 4 years. I have always had a great experience and the repairs have been excellent. I recently dropped my phone and it disabled the cameras and flashlight. After a quick evaluation and a reasonable turn-around time as well as a reasonable price, my phone was repaired and I am now able to use all the functions of my iPhone 7+! They fixed my daughter's phone when she dropped it in water. Yay! They were very reasonable and it didn't take too long. Compared to buying a new iPhone the cost was a deal. Plus they were very nice to us. So if you drop your phone in water get it to them as quickly as possible. The longer you wait the more difficult it can be to repair. read more

Dat whom I met first felt like I have known him my whole life. Both cisco and Michael ...I saw in a Verizon store at separate times and they still answered my questions with a kind heart...even though they were not working at their own store. Friendly service, pretty informative. I brought my phone in because of a cracked screen. The price written in the "Amount Due" column was less than the quote given to me when I was there. I was thinking I got a friendly discount only to discover that the math was done incorrectly. They did not honor the price, instead it was readjusted to the original quote. They also did not call me to let me know my phone was ready. It's only been an hour since I've had my repaired phone, so let's see if they uphold the policy if I have issues. I would go back for the friendly service and the decent repair prices. On an unrelated note, I always Thought "Fullbars" was a weight loss program. Haha read more

Waste of time. I showed the guy my iPhone clone and he looked at me like I had two heads or something. I guess he had never seen of of these before, which seems strange, considering he works at a cell phone repair store. Needless to say, he was absolutely no help with my issue. You DELIVERED, the experience at your store on Coors and Montano was the polar opposite of the rude, dishonest, non attentive and incompetent service I experienced at 'that other place'. Thanks again, the kiddo is ecstatic about having a working phone and the repair rate was WAY under what I was expecting. Thanks again. I will recommend you to everyone I know as the best alternative out their for cell phone repair. Well if I could give a zero stars I would.. This is my last review.. 3 strikes and I am out rule. What I mean is this is the 3rd time trying to fix different phones. Broke my screen on my white LG G3. Took my phone into the store the owner ''DAT" said he would check if they had a screen for it, came back told me that they had grey one I told him perfect I don't care about the color. Gave him $150.00 plus tax and he said it would be ready in a hour. (perfect) Came back in hour sorry James that screen doesn't work tried to call you but no one pick, well Dat you have my phone so I wouldn't be able to pick up. At that point was a little frustrated but not to mad because I have another phone that I can place on my account. Dat told me that he will order another screen and he will call me when it was in. Week later no phone call, so I call the store spoke to ""Dat"" he said yes the screen was in, so I told him that I would be in the next morning he said ok. Came in today and was told by the tech that they sold my screen yesterday and that they would have to order a new one. I was so shocked I call Dat at the other location at Paseo store and he basically told me nothing that he could do at this time, but order a new screen. This is the worst business that I have ever seen. I will be filing BBB complaint. read more

Poor customer service. First they broke casing on the right side. It was fine before i took it in to get my screen replaced and now there's a at least 1/4 inch of the casing missing. They told me i had 30 days to bring my phone back if ANYTHING happened to the screen. I took my phone off the charger and up top in the left corner it cracked. When we called they denied coverage and wanted to charge 169 to replace it stating that they have to replace the lcd as well when i first took my phone to them they asked what needed to be replaced the glass or lcd. So that means they don't need to replace both they are just money hungry and would rather rip people off instead of doing legit business to ensure people come back. On top of them lying and denying the 30 guarantee that they gave me they were rude and talked to us like we were stupid. If you don't wanna get ripped off find a different shop to go. Boycott these people and put them out of business. Never in my life have i experienced customer service this horrible. If i could i would give them negative stars. read more

By far the worst service I have ever received in my life. I left my tablet with Fullbars and was told it would take 1-2 days to repair. When I heard nothing from them for about six days, I finally called them to ask if my tablet had been fixed yet. I was informed, extremely unapologetically, that they hadn't gotten around to it, and it wouldn't be done for at least another day and a half. I was upset, and, I think, rightfully so. When I told them how upset I was that I was told 1-2 days on my tablet and here I was waiting for over a week with no phone call or even apology, I was told very curtly, "Come get your tablet - I don't feel like fixing it anymore." Don't bother with these guys unless you've got a lot of time to waste and infinite patience for dishonest and generally lousy service. read more

I was traveling and dropped my iPhone and the front was totally smashed. Thought I would have to fork up for a new one cause I couldn't live without my phone while on my trip. I'm embarrassed to say how many times these guys have repaired my iPhone but I will because they deserve the props. 2 times for water damage and another for a shattered screen. Each time, they had my phone repaired within a matter of hours. They were courteous, professional and they saved me a lot of money by saving my phone when I was sure it was damaged beyond repair. I don't live near their shop but it's worth the drive, I trust them completely. read more

Do NOT COME HERE!!! They broke my phone trying to replace the screen! When I say broke I mean the phone won't even turn on. When I asked them to fix it they said there was nothing they could do. I had used these guys several times prior to make repairs and they were okay until last time. I brought a galaxy s6 active in for screen repair. They said they had never done one but not to worry they could handle it. They repaired it charging me 250 dollars to do so and it broke a day later. I hadn't dropped it or damaged it. When I brought back they said they couldn't warranty but they would only charge me 165 dollars since it had just been repaired. I left town and went on vacation in called 9 times and left 6 messages with my name and number over the next 2 and a half weeks. Nobody answered or called me back. I finally went back in and they brought me phone and it was still not fixed. Initially they said it would take 3 days. I asked them why it hadn't been fixed they said it was because they couldn't honor the price they quoted. I asked why I hadn't been notified of this they said it was because they didn't have my phone number, even though I left 6 messages with it and it has been on original work order they has the day before I dropped off for the 2nd repair. The guy said "yes that's true we could have called we had gotten your messages". These crooks failed to fix my phone right failed to warranty it then failed to honor the price they quoted on the fux. They are INCOMPETENT LIARS! Stay away. Far away. I'd go anywhere but here. read more
