Turn in a laptop to be repaired you would expect small things like wiping off your dirty hand prints after working on it. but since that service cost as a cleaning! So remember that you don't pay for a clean laptop just to have it work. No call to let me know it was ready, just by chance checked the status of my repair in Verizon's Asurion's website. I wouldn't take my money here if it wasn't the only choice that was available in Albuquerque that Verizon can use. To me it's gross! Getting it back like this because I didn't turn it in like that so I expected at least the same amount of cleanliness, but when I called to ask why it wasn't at least wiped off, I'm told that's a cleaning and not part of the process for the issue.
