Rick as usual is detailed, works very hard, attention to all details, we took off the old base board which was MDF, and got real wood base boards. Found wood rot behind the stove as well, un leveled flooring in the laundry area. Everything was well done, and it wasn't a job that was done in 1 day, more 4 total days, with no breaks. His advice which I asked for, the best would vinyl planks, and that's what we did. I have a rowdy family, 2 dogs. I needed something that would hold up and not tear like that cheap crap I paid for from Empire flooring. It wasn't even a 1 mm thickness. Anyway Happy to write this review.
