We were charged $315. The one faucet was fixed but the other one still leaked after they left. They came back a second time with a replacement part. The part didn't fit and we were told we needed a new faucet. They charged us for this visit even though the part didn't work. We purchased 2 new faucets so they would match. They returned to install the faucets. The bill was $815. Total $1,130 !! Really? We called to complain and were told it was a fair price and that they charged $165 hr from the time they left their shop. We were told this was normal or that others charged substantially more hourly. Not true. They did adjust their final bill by $300. DO NOT USE THEM.

For this I had to write a $250 check, and when I gently complained about paying so much for no results, I wad told that operating the power jet drain unclogger was expensive After he left I discovered the third drain WAS clogged. He left dirt backsplatter on me white garage door, driveway and garage wall after he pulled the jet out of the drain while under power.
