Fast forward two years later, I knew I wanted to return to Always Safe & Healthy for my renewal, particularly the skills portion. However, the coordinator was slightly off putting, maybe I caught her on a bad day. She was initially helpful, but later provided incorrect pricing for courses and did not answer clarification questions I had. I felt like I was chasing her in order to enroll for a course. At the end of the day, I went with a different company and completed my renewal quick and easy. I'm sorry to dock stars because I know the company and instructor is good, but the interaction I had with the coordinator was fair at best and made me not want to schedule a course with them.

After explaining the situation and giving my info, I was told I was on the list and that i could pay cash the day of the class. When I arrived to the building for the class, it took me about 5 minutes to find the office because the receptionist was missing. After knocking on the door and calling for about 25mins (hours online and sign on the door indicate they are open at 9am- not the case), I receive a text from the "business number" and was told that there were no classes that day because nobody registered. I asked to speak to somebody and she told me she would call me at noon "after her meeting". I never received a call and missed a day of work! Called CodeBlueCPR, explained the situation and they scheduled me for a class next day.

I had a terrible experience with her first daycare (North Fullerton KinderCare) and had to pull her out after experiencing retaliation for reporting a teacher for abuse. I am the sole provider for my family so unfortunately staying home is not an option for me. I visited a couple of different daycares, explained my situation, asked a million questions and ultimately ended up deciding on CC's. My daughter adjusted to the change right away. The teachers were all nice, fun, and patient with her. My daughter doesn't respond well to grouchy teachers or to yelling, she tends to rebel more. Their approach for correcting her behavior worked because they paid attention to the little things that motivated her and their approach was not aggressive but rather compassionate. Michelle is resourceful and willing to help with information and resources, and she is very involved in the day to day. The communication and their way of handling every situation and behavior made all the difference. I knew my daughter was in good hands and because of that I had the peace of mind that I needed to be able to concentrate on work without the added stress that I was experiencing before. CC's was the best decision I ever made. She is now attending public school but I will definitely be taking her back for the summer.

They have clear communication on everything that's going on with the center (events, day to day activities, health checks, center closures) and you're given notice well in advance. Payment, check in/out, and communication are all done through Brightwheel (an app) and it's such a smooth process. Even though it's a bit modern, my in-laws (that are a bit older and have a harder time with technology) are still able use the app to pick up my daughter and enjoy the occasional pictures and videos that are sent through there. My daughter doesn't really take to strangers well. She did have an adjustment period but has soon blossomed in the infant classroom and loves her teachers. The teachers are caring and informative and we are so pleased with the kind of care they provide our daughter. And we know she's not the easiest baby. They have been able to help our child make huge progress with nap time and even with playing with other kids. I truly feel her personality has blossomed due to the work the infant room teachers put into our daughter. She always comes home happy from the day. The infant room itself (as well as the other rooms we toured in the facility) are also clean and does not have a smell. We toured other facilities where the smell was so strong it stayed with me the rest of the day and was actually one of the deciding factors in choosing CCs. My daughter also has an egg and milk allergy. They assigned high chair specifically for her and are always on the look out for any reactions from food. She recently outgrew her milk allergy but not the egg. During the recent mother's day Muffins with Mom's event, they provided a special vegan muffin for her so she can enjoy the event with me. The teacher running the event wasn't my daughter's regular teacher, but she recognized my daughter anyway and knew to offer me the vegan muffin. I was so touched by this gesture. We haven't had experience with the older classrooms, but have toured them and are rest assured my daughter will grow up well cared for and well educated here at CCs. We are excited for her to learn and grow here. We are so pleased with our experience that we've already reserved our spot for our next baby due in a few months. We highly recommend this daycare center and will recommend it to anyone look for care in the area.

We recently missed a couple of lessons and had to attend makeup classes. For whatever reason, my son suddenly decided he didn't want to go back for his lesson. Miss Kaylee stepped in and was incredible. She tried everything she could to gently encourage him to go to the back pool, but when it became clear he wasn't going to do it, she didn't give up. Instead, she offered to work with him one-on-one in the front pool where we already were. She even promised she wouldn't put his head under the water. In the end, he became comfortable enough that he chose to put his face in the water on his own with her guidance, but she honored her promise and never forced him. That meant so much to me. I don't know if she was on her lunch break, between classes, or supposed to be doing something else, but I know that impromptu private lesson wasn't part of her day. She took the time simply because she cared, and it completely turned the experience around for my son. The best part is that it worked. Today my son happily got back in the water with Mr. Nori, and I honestly think it was his best lesson yet. Mr. Nori was so sweet, so encouraging, and genuinely proud of him. Seeing his confidence come back was such a great moment as a parent, and I really credit both instructors for making that happen. Every single person we've interacted with has been kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely wonderful with kids. I honestly have not had a single negative experience here. The first class is free, the warm water makes such a difference, and the little splash pad was a huge part of getting my son's initial buy-in. We've been going to this school since they were in Fullerton, and they've always been great. My daughter started with Mr Nori and he's one of her favorite instructors. She's gone through a few instructors and we've never had a bad experience. My son now attends the school too. This morning, my daughter had a make up class and had to go into a different swim lane with a new teacher. She's been apprehensive about leaving her current school and starting kinder next year, and the emotions came out today. She started crying and holding onto me when she saw the new lane and instructor and said she doesn't want new things. Within seconds, Mr Scott came over and began comforting her asking if she'd like to see her other instructor Mayumi. Mayumi wasn't even dressed to go in the water, but rolled up her jeans and sat in another lane with her. Mr Nori came by to say hi and comfort her, and Mr Christopher gave her a private lesson for a few minutes while she adjusted. He eventually asked her if she wanted to join him in the new lane with the new instructor, and she said yes and was happy the rest of the time. Mayumi also came back to check on her. This is the level of care any parent looks for in a school and I highly recommend coming here.

This school brought so much to my life, not just a career but life long relationships and friendships with the people, Noha, Claudia, and Mrs. Perez are some of the most incredible woman I have ever met and they care so much and put so much time and effort into their students. They genuinely want to see everyone of us succeed and I couldn't ask for anything more from such amazing teachers! And the students and friends I have made from the journey and the bonding from the hands on labs and working together was an amazing experience. As a nursing student, I needed to get certified quickly without breaking my budget or missing classes, and this was perfect. The BLS online module took me about 45 minutes to complete between study sessions. The PALS and ACLS online portions each took around 2 hours, which I did late at night after clinicals. Being able to pause and come back to it made a huge difference since I'm juggling school, work, and rotations. The in-person skills check was only 30 minutes for all three certifications, which honestly surprised me. The instructor was thorough but efficient, and I felt confident in my skills by the end. The location is super convenient if you're coming from Westminster, Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, Anaheim, or anywhere near Orange CA. I drove from Garden Grove and it only took about 10 minutes. Easy to find with plenty of parking. All three certifications are American Heart Association (AHA) courses. As a college student, I really appreciated the discounted bundle pricing and not having to spend an entire day in a classroom. If you're in Orange County or around Westminster or Garden Grove searching for CPR certification, I'd definitely recommend Pulse CPR. The process was smooth, the staff was professional, and getting legitimate AHA certification this efficiently and affordably was exactly what I needed.

Online portion is easy to follow and you get to go at your own pace. They do say that you are allowed to retake tests if you do not pass. When it's time for you to go in-person, SureFire CPR does a great job in giving instructions on how to get there and what to expect ahead of time. Super easy to find & plenty of free parking. I was in and out ~25 mins & my certificate was emailed to me right after completion. Make sure you schedule your skills assessment test at a time that will work for you. There is a fee for rescheduling! I will comeback here again when it's time to re-certify & recommend to others! Very convenient.

Didn't have to repeat himself. Made sure everyone was on the same page. Gave great examples. This place is also easy to find. Nice neighborhood. Lots of parking. They are located on the second floor. If I could I would give this place 10 stars :) Also if you're familiar or have taken CPR before you really don't have to buy the book :) I took the class without it and did great !
