The floors are constantly sticky, and there is popcorn scattered everywhere. The biggest concern is basic hygiene and quality control. I went to get a popcorn refill and watched the young man who was sweeping the floor attempt to refill my popcorn bag with unwashed hands. I've had to ask for fresh popcorn on multiple occasions because what was originally served was clearly stale and sitting out for way too long. It's disappointing because this theatre has a lot going for it. The movie quality is usually good, the bowling and arcade areas are a fun touch, and they host cool events throughout the week. I really like this location, but management needs to get it together and prioritize sanitation and staff training--fast.

For families carrying multiple meals, it's an unnecessary headache. It doesn't take long for a beautiful new facility to run down when standard care and efficiency are thrown out the window. We should expect and demand better for our entertainment options in Red Oak Texas.

Lovely campus to play pickleball…read more Indoor and outdoor courts. 4 players can play an hour for about $35 including paddles. (Lower price for outdoor courts in summer). Courts must be reserved in advance. Staff are super friendly both on court and in food. Large green space with foozball and cornhole as well. Food is not great but there is lots of seating for large groups. Bar available in courts and food area, and a 21+ rooftop bar as well. Just a super fun time!!

We came Saturday night (10 - midnight) and reserved the indoor court via the website. We initially reserved an hour and had so much fun that we stayed for two. We were a party of six - mix of older and young adults and teenagers. Facility provides paddles and balls at extra cost, however you can bring your own if have them. The courts were all full and it didn't feel overcrowded; it's spacious. Music selection and volume was great and the temp in the facility is just right. You can work up a sweat and it's not hot inside. They also have water available in coolers and refill stations at no additional cost. The outdoor area is cool with lounge chairs, turf grass, covered outdoor courts, bean bag games, and oversized games like jenga and connect 4. However, like the prior reviews, the food is mediocre. We ordered the cheeseburger with fries, fried pickles, and two specialty drinks. Staff was friendly and refunded a non alcoholic beverage that someone in my party didn't like without hassle. I will definitely come back. Cool spot to bring family from out of town especially if the group is looking for an activity.

Plus, they have a ton of really fun events and tournaments. If you seriously want to elevate your game (regardless of your skill level), you HAVE to go see Coach Tanner. He WILL bring your game to the next level and beyond!! You will appreciate his techniques, strategies and coaching style. Plus, he's a great guy that has a really nice way about him. This is, in my opinion, the absolute best pickleball facility and community in north Dallas. Be prepared to make new friends!

About a year ago I completely quit DiP. I found the courts to be in really bad shape, the…read moreprogramming too expensive, and the customer service engagement really lazy. I came back this weekend to play a Singles DUPR round robin there and am thrilled at how this place has really turned the corner and improved the pickleball experience it offers, which arguably is the most well-rounded in DFW: Open plays, lessons, leagues, DUPR Nights (Singles and Doubles), Senior open plays, corporate/private parties, and court reservation options. Coach Will ran our DUPR event, and his customer engagement was tremendous, starting from the second I walked in the door. He really took interest in my questions and comments and offered some tips to the group throughout the event, which was a complete turnaround from the lackluster effort the last time I played a Singles event there. I was really happy to see that DiP has resurfaced most of its courts, and they look and feel fantastic. The paint job with the sponsor logo in the kitchen offers a pro tournament vibe, and they established some barriers to keep ball interruptions to a minimum. I have always walked away from a DiP programming event feeling the players were competitive and fun to meet, and that continues to be the standard there - I've never been disappointed in the play on the court or the social interactions. While it isn't the easiest location for me to get to, I will definitely make the extra effort and am also excited to check out the new Grand Prairie location once DiP is able to build some awareness about it.
